Quick and responsive when I locked myself outside of my apartment! Cheaper than some other areas I called also! Friendly customer service!
The worst customer service !!!! I had 5 hours prior to the purchaser's needed and walk a locksmith to change my lock and at 1pm they stated they'd be there at 4 or 5 and when I called, and moved , they told me that the technician not came. . .they screwed me If you need a Trusted service DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPEL
He charged for his period tacked on 30 mins, also disappeared for abt 20 mins. So I paid him an hour additional he did not even work.
Question everything and do not be naive and trust folks here (or anywhere I guess...)
They paid the fee is 1/3ed of by me but called to complain. Just shady.
Be careful here. I called to have a door lock replaced and he upcharged me 4x the purchase price of what my neighbors compensated. Probably because I was a girl that is single and living in a wonderful neighborhood.
Prompt service. They provided advice for other lock/access related issues within our new residence and reacted quickly.

They came out the exact same day that I called for a quote, and I was impressed that they were able to change my locks onto the spot the exact same day! Professional, effective, and highly recommend!
Place is a joke don't bother. Kept me on hold tell me they have the blank for my 2009 subaru forester. I make an appointment for another day 10:00 a.m. drive . 10:30 is finally shown up by somebody. No they don't have the blank. Stay away visit the people that have been around the area for years. Like the amity fly by night people of cohen
My cats lost my car key (keyless fob for a 2014 Honda Civic) and I needed the replacement fob programmed. Sure Lock & Key reprogrammed the fob that was refurbished, and I got one on the internet and cut on the valet key. Fantastic service, adaptive and helpful employees (which is good for somebody who runs late!) . Would recommend.
This is the worse locksmith I've ever been to, very poor customer service and you are scammed by them for your money.
While I dropped my keys to my rental vehicle. I chose to search a option for my own predicament, after talking with the company. I made a round of calls to locksmith companies and about the most part. I attained Sure Lock & Key, Daniel quoted me. He was courteous, professional and really fast. He adhered to his quotation, no hidden fees or surprises. I would highly recommend these guys!
