After buying a new home, I needed to change all of the locks and put in keypads on all instead of the standard locks. So I needed someone skilled and knowledgable to assist me, I don't know much about locks. I spoke to Dave about the phone and he took his timedescribing all my different options, and sending me examples of all the guards options. The tech did a wonderful job with the guards, everything seems excellent. Thank you. I search for long term relationships and I will no doubt be talking and returning North Shore Locksmith to everyone I know.
Dave is great. Customer support was not just on point, but it was previously exceptional by being on time, in communicating at all times, and helpful in describing the change procedure that is lock.
I phoned and ordered an appointment -- the owner David got back to me and we setup an appointment. The service person who was responsible for my locks and confirmed the appointment. He called to let me know when he'd be here and arrived at the time promised.
David kept his word and provided me. I'm quite happy with his job and his work ethic -- he keeps his word and confirmed everything was working before he abandoned; I would suggest this business.
They had been more complicated than anticipated I couldn't have the job done, since my locks were older. David issued me a refund for the service call since the job couldn't be completed. He said he will work to provide me.
Working with North Shore Locksmith was Fantastic. I had a technician onsite very quickly and received a quote fast. Neil was specialist and he was able to provide all of the locks to us we all needed.

Neil came to our house after we was able to replace all 4 door systems with locks and simply moved in and rekeyed them. Service was quick and from when I predicted the response was quick.
We had a very good experience with North Shore Locksmith. We used them to the locks. They were easy to schedule if we had to change our initial appointment the morning of. Neil was locksmith, he had been very professional and quick and didn't try to up-sell us things we didn't require. My critique was the post-job clean-up could have been somewhat better since there were hardware pieces and some scraps. We would use them in a crisis awarded their responsiveness and accessibility.
I had a new key. North Shore was useful when I contacted David on the web late in the day. We emailed back and forth and the next morning by 10 am Sean, the support guy, was at my home which makes me a new key for the vehicle. Sean was so nice and helpful. I'll use this company again if I want to.
I've had a fantastic experience with North Shore locksmith! My husband has locked out of his vehicle and asked me to help locate a locksmith asap. It was late at night and he had been after a long shift at work. North shore was quite responsive, arrived fast and the price was quite fair. Highly suggested!

I was exhausted after a day of shopping and also the last thing I needed was to get locked out. This business is quite professional and was able to give me an ETA. My technician came at no time, and got the door open faster than I expected. I must say thank you again because it had been done perfectly, with ZERO harm! Thank you for the help!
North Shore Locksmith managed to come out after moving into our new home and helped us get all our locks changed. They were on-time and were really clear describing what we needed and what they can do. Neil was efficient and courteous and we could not be happier with the job they did. Highly recommend.

It was an effortless process. My renter locked himself and we had a locksmith to open the doorway. No deadlock, only the lock that's operated in the main handle. When I called to schedule an agency I had been quoted $45 for support fee and depending on doorway, $60 - $90 for its true locksmith service. So I anticipated a total of $140-still steep for the 10 minutes that he was there but I anticipated it. He told me it was $135 for its real service plus the $45 service fee, so $180 in total. I understand these solutions and situations are expensive and that I hope to have to pay high rates but please be up front about it! I don't enjoy being tricked or lied to. As it's, you feel helpless in such situations and it feels like you cared for. Hope I won't need a locksmith but I won't be using this place, when I do.
David was amazing and really communicative. Used this locksmith to set up a deadbolt. Honest, cheap, and educated. Highly recommend and will use them again.

I contacted North Shore Locksmith and talked to a individual who told me a technician would call me. Neil called back within 15 minutes and we discussed my need. I preferred to meet him the following day, although he said he had been available that day. Neil kept in touch with me a reminder telephone in the morning and also a call 15 minutes before he arrived. He had been effective friendly, and knowledgeable. The service wasn't cheap, but I expect that is the nature of the ceremony -- we should have been locksmiths and technicians, ideal?? My experience with North Shore Locksmith was leading.
