My renter called to say that the lock his front door was not working. I phoned they and ET got a tech to come out on Saturday so that I did not have to take off work to fulfill them. It was my tenant had been at home so I did not have to come but it was nice to know they are available on weekends.
Everything went smoothly. They phoned me to let me know so that I could let the tenant know he was on his way. He took my debit card info over the phone when he was finished and emailed me a reception. I have used them and been pleased with their service.

I waited. My husband and I purchased a new house in May and used ET Locksmith to have of the locks changed we shut. The service was EXCELLENT! The tech came out immediately, chanced each of the locks, keyed them and did a fabulous job. These people will be used by me again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend them!

After I mentioned the difference between the quotation and the actual cost eli made gracious amends by refunding us cost. I appreciate his earnest reply and needing to make sure that we were 100 percent happy with the support - all. Many small business owners now don't even care to reply to customer problems, especially not with the speed and concern that Eli replied to our difficulty. Thank you, Eli...I know that the components cost extra but that you did the right thing by refunding part of the labor cost. I shall recommend you later on based on your focus on the matter and the pride you have in your job!

Since the key was lost, I had a top security lock which needed to be grinded. They gave me the best price and they were courteous prompt and professional. I would hire them again.

The lock popped out and ET locksmith arrived and took care of fixing it . Many thank yous to Patrick who did the work and to Angie who answered the call. He was fast, informative and suggested substituting the lock to prevent a repeat of the same issue, but because the lock he hand was brushed silver and the present hardware is shiny silver, I chose to have him repair it, using a call back later on when the suitable lock is ordered and is ready to be set up.
ET locksmith into the rescue . I simply used them for the time and they have been fast to arrive at my home, and fast to answer the telephone call. Procedure took about 1.5 hrs from call, to the technician showing up, and operate completed.
I, first called ETL. A few years back when my front door lock was providing my problems as a result of humidity door to swell up. I've got a thicker than normal door which causes more of an issue. The fix was better and it lasted for approximately two and a half a year. I had been tinkering with it every 9 weeks or so.

Yup. A search in my SpacePhone had me in contact with the closest locksmith, who was the nice folks at ET. This type of behavior that is dipshit is quite common, as it turns out, and roughly one hour later, I was back inside my flat . That last paragraph should be of specific importance, if you've ever had to deal with locksmiths earlier.
Decided that his keys were better off within his flat resting comfortably on a desk, rather than sitting idly in the confines of the pocket.
So kudos to you. With no assistance, I would have probably used a ladder to gain entrance through my second floor window. And let us face itthat situation has the capability to finish a number of ways. Each one more debilitating than the last.
Ol' numbnuts is sort of an idiot. That fact was painfully evident since he watched his door shut, and accepted his key-less destiny, all of the while saying"no, no, no, NO, NO, NO!!!"
A more educated, more resourceful individual would have chucked a limb (or other solid thing: phone book, human baby, etc) in the doorway's direction of travel so as to stop the locking mechanism from participating. But alas...
I didn't. I stood there and watched it take place. And as I sat in my vestibule considering my next move, I realized that I had the presence of mind to have my phone. Cool move. I sensed that I might have a way out of this predicament. Cool move.

The job was great the guy was favorable, but I can not give 5 stars to it. There is a $39 fee just. . There are tons of service transactions that don't charge a fee to come. I believe that's robbery. My bill was $600+, so you still feel a $39 service fee to bill?
Worth noting, you can not cover credit card if you don't would like to cover the 2.5% service fee.
It ends up 2 of the 3 panels were bad as was the one that is exterior. I asked him if he could re-hook the door opener up since we had the door. The wires were there, but they weren't live. He was able to perform a few MacGyver tricks drill a few holes and was able to conduct a wire.
Slava was the guy who came out. He was a guy, clearly knew his stuff. I followed him around to see if he needed assistance and also to see what he was doing. He was quite efficient.
We purchased a building about 2 decades back. The doorway buzzer/intercom had never worked, but it was not at the top of the priority listing.
I determined it was time to have it repaired, you understand, to streamline our meals shipping process.
It took him about 3 hours to diagnose the difficulties, and install the new parts including the door opening mechanism (which involved drilling out the trim to match the mechanics ). I saw him work and that he didn't waste any time. I offered to perform the cleanup as I'd rather do the sweeping myself.

Hired ET Locksmith for a lock change that I never had a secret for. Brandon came out and he was awesome. Took one look and told me that he could make one of my home keys work at the lock. He managed to do this instead of having to replace the doorknob and lock. Quick and Simple. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Chris from ET Locksmith was at my front door 35 minutes later I called. He was friendly and did his best to not trigger any damage that is unneeded. He was in I'd say 5 minutes and it was really appreciated. I do not know my neighbors, and just moved in As I stated. All my spares were inside, since I didn't plan on locking out myself the initial 2 weeks. Thumbs way up for this company as well as the service.
I'd just moved into a brand new condo and that I locked out myself, as I threw out things from the move. I was in the hallway with all the advice was to try and charge card nudge the door open.

Its just before midnight and Tim simply opened our locks up (after I dropped my keys down the elevator shaft). He did the job, came by following just over 30 minutes of waiting called. He was also careful to mention requirements about lock picking that made the operation feel somewhat more comfy. I never need to call a locksmith to get lockout but I know who to phone if I need to.

They came out to fix the intercom system of our condominium building. The technician was prompt, responsive immediately exactly what went on, and had everything he needed to repair it. He was helpful and friendly. The price was very reasonable. I have recommended them to friends, and would definitely hire them again!

I called the owner to signify that paying $90 was a bit much for something which was so straightforward and only took 10 minutes.
The technician fixed the issue, my tenant watched, and came to my rental while I was on holiday. I paid $90. I discovered that after a fast analysis, the technician sprayed WD-40 and the lock/key worked like new after speaking with my tenant. In accordance with my tenant, he was just there less than 10 minutes.
I recently used their service for my rental property. I knew work could be performed, Because I had them before on the construction of my unit.

24/7 365 days per year are said by the listing. That is not the case. I called on Sunday at and has been advised that the office was not available until Monday so we would have to wait.

ET supplied us with a great experience. Within the course of one week we had a intercom/buzzer system recognized and serviced for 2 issues - both fixed within the hour (even after 6pm). Our technician, Dejan, was above all, friendly and extremely knowledgeable as he walked through the issues. At no moment did I feel as all charges were clarified prior to any work taking place, that we're being taken for a ride.
We will definitely be using ET in the future for any needs.

My door caught a gust of wind and my dumbass proceeded to take the trash out and closed behind me. Fortunately I had my cell phone in my pocket, unfortuneately I had nothing else. No keys, wallet, ID, nothing. Within 25 minutes Tim came out and using a quickness that is professional had me into my flat before an hour had passed since I left my mistake. Guy, worker that is efficient, and I was impressed how quickly that he revealed to get the job done. I hope to never have to use them if my brain stays functional, although I'd love to say I'll utilize ET later on.

He can see that I had done all the prep work with the holes when he got there. Then he revealed how the lock operates and what I had likely done wrong in the process. Then he took the opportunity to install the lock at the existing holes I had made and made sure it worked. He was very pleased to do so and did this all for no charge. I now feel confident performing the other ones on my own, this saved us. He never forced me into paying him for the other ones.
We are searching for someone to assist our buzzer system shifting . I'll definitely use these guys.
I've been having difficulty installing some gate locks. Waved the flag and called these guys up to shoot over. Eli responded VERY fast to my support request through their site. He came out the next day at the time he said he would.

Thanks for getting me into my place in 2a! I found I didn't have my house keys a couple hours. I was flying through Phoenix. I expected to be set this up so Patrick would meet me then. My flight was delayed a short time when I got to Chicago I shifted satisfy time to 1:30a. Baggage claim took more than expected so called again to alter meet time to 2a. Nobody got annoyed by my modifications and I was expecting to get charged an arm and a leg for a Sunday morning lockout that was 2a. ET Locksmith was courteous and the cost was reasonable. I have since recommended their locksmith changes to ET Locksmith.

Great customer service! Excellent communication! Adam was exceptional - he congratulated me on my very first house purchase and made certain he cleaned up after himself. Adam worked effectively to replace 2 deadbolts and two door locks. I'll certainly motivate my friends and acquaintances ask for Adam if they want the work done right and to call these guys!

I called Eli since the buzzer/intercom system ceased working in our construction. He quickly diagnosed the problem and came out.
