Mass Lock

Paul was very kind and easy to utilize and did great work. I will definitely be going back to them for my jobs and would urge Mass Lock to anybody. They listened to exactly what I said in addition to made suggestions where needed and quoted me fairly.

Our mailbox key has been difficult to use and stopped working, so we called to find the lock. Mass Lock came out on time (actually a few minutes early) and quickly remedied the situation. As he helped diagnose what was wrong with our door knob being loose, dan was a friendly and educated. I utilized Mass Lock before this to create keys and it went as well (Home Depot was ineffective and more troublesome). I will be headed there shortly to find the parts to repair my doorknob. I strongly urge Mass Lock.

I never thought that I would race about a locksmith, yet here I am. We swapped out our keys to get a system also it was a great experience and conclusion every step of the way. I own a company which has 10 trucks and as my men lose the keys I like to have extras. Hardware shops either can't create these keys or else they mess up them.

Update We had an emergency now (locked out of storage cupboard ) they showed up in 20 minutes. . Still impressed!
Masslock came out to our office to install a door closed. They were fantastic! The locksmith was right on time for the appointment. He was very knowledgeable and helpful he was able to do that and keys made for file cabinets that didn't have keys were needed by us. I didn't even reserve my appointment for that service and he did not worry about the extra time he spent or additional s. I'd suggest them in the future for the office or home.

Not only did they do it quickly and accurately and come in, they came beneath the quote in $200. They've just replaced the amplifier out and I would have been none the wiser. But Paul did not do unnecessary work and was honest.

Following a dreadful night that included someone stealing my car and house keys, I called up Mass Lock so I could sleep, to get me back. It was nearly 1:30am and Ed showed up and was favorable. So the lock was catchy my home is old, but he did a wonderful job and came back to replace a last part that he wanted to get from the store. Support and convenient!

Malden shop has a selection of important blanks and they were able to duplicate my home key which I couldn't get made anywhere else I've been. Very pleased with their service and also the important that is newest works great. Parking is quite straightforward. They also have safes and hardware on screen, cool things to check at.

Came there around 4:30 and has been shut. I guess not although the sign stated open, 5. Needed to go to the one in Malden rather which was open. Why the inconsistency?

Working at a prosperous body store I know customer ought to be treated. There was nothing good whatsoever about their customer 17, from start to end with this company and it is quite disappointing. Others may have had a wonderful experience with them but I didn't and would not suggest them.
From the very start of my experience with this company it was not excellent. I called and spoke and told him that the service so I believed, or he set me on the program and that I needed. I nobody showed up and took off work since he gave me they would be out to perform an estimate. I called and they apologized and guaranteed me someone would be out next moment. I could not take time off work, so my grandmother was compelled to meet with them. As promised however they did show up the day, than we asked for the employee tried to sell her on other matters. She told him to give me a call and talk about it. He called me a day later to go over matters and informed me of the other things we"needed". I told him that we needed a quotation for that which we asked and nothing more. I texted him my address, as he asked and I have not received a phone call or a quotation from anybody.

I bought a Touratech locking GPS bracket for my motorcycle. It is a piece of equipment that's produced in Germany. Sad to say, the vendor no longer had a secret.
I had been much more impressed by their ability and impressed by their willingness to tackle a task that is challenging.
I brought the unit to Mass Lock and (unsurprisingly) they had never seen one before. But they took on the battle, managed to start the lock, and could create working keys even though standard American blanks didn't match the lock.

When a door lock in a new house required to be re-keyed, a property agent (and landlord) highly recommended Mass Lock. They came on time and and supplied best service at a price that was fair.

We needed to make sure anyone who has our keys are not able to get in our house anymore, safety issues, and chose to change the knobs completely and use the variation that is keyless with dialpads.
Since it's a safety issue, I needed a locksmith straight away. They came in a two hour window once I made the phone, worked super fast, super efficient, and compassionate contemplating our affliction.

Mass Lock was recommended by Whittemore Hardware in Melrose. They exceeded my expectations. I called in the late afternoon on Tuesday and locksmith was there Wednesday to change locks in two outside doors. He ended in 90 minutes including time taken to look at cellar doorway and realign slider bolt for no charge! The locksmith was friendly and courteous. I have a quality key than formerly and keys can be made at any time from electronic template. I recommend Mass Lock.

Paul was there in roughly 20 minutes. He had us back inside in minutes, and looked in both the front and rear doors.
He took a minute to explain various kinds of locks and made suggestions about which type we need to get.
I won't need to call these guys again, but I have their number saved only in case.

Programmed and cut a spare key. Fast, courteous and cheap ($65 where others were quoting around $100).

20 minutes later, were only a tiny bit late to the meeting and we were good to go. Locksmiths are inherently costly, but their prices were fair and reasonable compared to other areas we have used in the past. Importantly, they were super fine and punctual. We'll be using them again if need be.
Rushing to operate in the morningI left my bag on the table along with the hubby forgot his keys inside overly so we were locked out using the car already a morning meeting along with remote began. We called to explain our predicament and someone was at our place within 10 minutes (full disclosure: we live pretty close by). But still. Paul was good - very friendly and professional, plus, he got our door open!
