My mother accidentally locked himself out. I was in a panic and had to solved this issue immediately. I predicted my prayers along with NF Locksmith were answered. The gentleman I spoke to was very polite and considerate. They were quick to respond and did so over 15 minutes.
I'll start off by saying that they did quality work and their tech was helpful. However, they billed me $600 to substitute a garage spring ($490+ $80 labor + tax) which I found out if have cost me $400 max. Their quotation was trusted by me since it had been about 5 ° outdoors and I did not want to get stuck with a garage door for just about any longer. I have to say I'm disappointed they took advantage of me in this manner. I'll live and learn and get quotations next time, but I need to be sure my customers know. Get several quotes on these men!
It had been on Sunday, January 7,2018 when I discovered the locking mechanism on my side door and the knob had became partially emptied from it's base. My thought was that I wouldn't be able to call until the following day upon anybody's services. I happened to wander on this company in the Yelp directory as well as my surprise, the phone was answered by David. He promptly arrived at my home shortly after my phone and at a most efficient way, had installed a brand new door knob and locking mechanism, (with brand new keys included) in a reasonable price. I urge NF Locksmith to anyone within the area who is in need of a more than capable locksmith to attend to their specific needs. David was absolutely fantastic in every way!
