Tried to save the old lock first (to save us money! As opposed to immediately going for a more expensive option). He needed to change the lock out and did it.

During the Polar Vortex of 2019, we had a problem with a door latch that prevented us from accessing our vehicles locked inside our garage. Fast Eddy was called by me and he was at our home in 20 minutes. He managed to utilize a credit card to obtain access into our garage and disassembled the hardware and diagnosed the matter. Eddy was very simple to communicate with in setting up an appointment, and he arrived on time to help us re-key our locks. It was that he could not perform the job because our guards were of a type that was special, but he was very knowledgeable about who would do the job instead and he did not charge us for his visit. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a reputable locksmith at the Twin Cities region.

I'm very delayed in submitting this review, but we had an interior door with an old lock which our 2 year old managed to activate and close this past year. Eddy is great. I made for a fishing trip and accomplished two hours to my drive which I forgot to leave a secret for my sitter. So I pulled over, known as Eddy and explained my position. He had been accommodating and allowed me to have a neighbor match the door to open the morning after. He had been and was patient with all the connection when he phoned me once he got the door shut. Highly recommend should you end up in a similar jam.
