We'd bought a key to save a little cash. Major mistake! Jon was not able to program it- three or four occasions tried and explained everything to us, showing us the error code he was getting and the procedure. He was able to rectify this situation promptly, getting us a key from the trader. His price was very fair, only $25 more for the trader key compared to knock - and this one worked!
I hope we do not miss a car key again but when we do we will surely visit Jon at Master Auto Locksmith. He was extremely professional, courteous, friendly and his price was very reasonable.
We had a great experience having Jon at Master Auto Locksmith replace a missing car key (with remote).
We live in Manhattan and Jon does not service that area but he provided to meet with us in Astoria, which was the location for us to reach. He was accommodating- so that we can meet at a time convenient for 18, arranging his schedule. In addition to that when we came, Jon came early and was waiting for us.
I predicted at least a dozen locksmiths to get a replacement key. Master auto locksmith offered the best price ($100-300) less than other locksmiths. They have been delivered in time and honest. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service! The ignition of my car broke late in the night and I phoned Master Auto Locksmith for assistance. Within 30 minutes Mr. Salazar showed up and replaced the ignition immediately, made a brand new secret and programmed it with his PC. He was fast, professional, and honest. I could not be happier. Thank you!

Fantastic service! It was Sunday night and I dropped my keys and I had been locked out of my car.I called the number, talked to John, he told me to take a picture of my VIN and over 20 minutes he had been at my place with 2 copies of keys.They worked flawlessly and of good quality.I highly recommend this company you won't be disappointed!
