Will, the proprietor, is licensed, conscientious, fast and reasonably priced. He also fixed my latch, also advocated the fix that was right - . Then he flipped. Will also spent the opportunity to help with a different fix... including a lock to a 1920's door. I would recommend this company! They're people you can expect, and when fixing the entrance to your house, safety (as well as entrance in the event that you dropped keys, naturally ), is priority number 1!

Just fabulous! When rekeying my residence they did a fantastic job. Proficient and just an all around man that is fair and nice. I would strongly recommend using this company. My locks are eloquent and operate as a charm.

Called at 4pm on a Sunday and were told to call another company as they were closing because of a truck problem. That company they told us to call was not even open on a Sunday. A little frustrating and seems odd to me that they'd shut so early. Guess all the good reviews were made during the weekday and during normal hours. Surely not a company to call when you're in a bind.

Very efficient and fast; our locks are and Will was really friendly Yesterday we called and they could fit us arrived and altered our locks in a really timely way. Would highly recommend them and will use them again if we want!

Was punctually via what I had been told. Like a dummy I dropped my keys in my trunk and voila, it shut. Called and had somebody out to maintain 20 minutes. Wish o'd noticed this yelp add , but my phone was locked in my trunk. I paid fifty dollars and here it states call for a 45 dollar lock. That's fine, the guy was friend, efficient and had me on my way!

This is my first time ever calling a locksmith. I finished a week of business travel and just got home from the airport. I shattered my key and came home. Epic Fail in my part. I called Will and he showed up in a brief 20 minutes. He was professional, informative, and efficient! Well. When placing the appointment Friday for a rekey first thing Monday morning, I had been impressed. William seemed prepared and professional to serve. He explained when running behind consistently called beforehand and that they prided themselves on being to appointments on time. Scored points . I explained that I picked him based on Yelp from a customer. I suggested he begin to use this service to cultivate his company. Being in real estate, I am looking for quality vendors.
I had to call him at 9:20 to make sure that he was still planning to show up. He originally seemed like he'd forgotten about his appointment but he would be there in about 15 minutes that would imply he had been late. So I understand sometime individuals run 12, I am in real estate but I picked him for my customer and is that he is late.
I may need to chalk this up to a day. That is too bad since I had greater expectations.
This was a massive re-key and I left him with the owner to complete the job. About an hour in, I get a text from my customer telling me the bus had an emergency and had to leave. Since half of the doors weren't shifted out, my customer had been stranded there. Turns out the crisis was just another Realtor locked themselves from the vehicle in a parking lot in Lowes. I found that to be very unprofessional although a gesture.

Fast, efficient and professional. Will was quick to respond and got me back to my vehicle very quickly. His knowledge of cars and situations couldn't risk scratches or fractures and was significant to me as I drove a rental. HIGHLY recommend.

I was advised, on the phone they had all locks to replace while I was advised that a $50 service fee was. Regrettably, he didn't have my lockand just could offer advice for me personally to go to Home Depot to purchase a new lock. BUT...I had to still pay for the service cost. 50 Bucks for a proposal. Fair? You be the judge. Never again.
