When I went Saturday morning so my deadbolt broke. I called the crisis line and they informed me it would take their locksmith until tomorrow to come by. I was shocked!
I'd use again!
The locksmith had to drill my deadbolt it had been broken. He offered me a fair cost and must work. So it took a hot minute, it was a schlage lock but I was thankful he got it open!
What I gonned t perform with myself or my groceries? Sleep on the street!? Proceed to a resort?! Sleep in my car!? It is getting up to 90 degrees now!!
After waiting around, I phoned this company when I called they said the locksmith could call me right back and answered the phone and to come help. I received a call shortly afterwards and the locksmith came 20min later.

I won't ever use them after the encounter I had today close to the corner of Boulevard and Floyd. Their van (License plate: VGF-2213) was parked quite badly and obstructing traffic regardless of the fact that they may have fit into the space entirely and there was a much bigger space available up two doors. got a bad attitude back in response when I asked the guy.

Zia came out"on the double" when we called. He functioned professionally & efficiently and has been completed right away. The cost has been less than we thought. He gave us a business card & told us the work was guaranteed & that we can call the office tel. # anytime 24/7 and a skilled locksmith could be out ASAP. If we had issues later on we'd definitely call this business.

My protected at my restaurant was jammed and I had it started fast! Eric arrived in 20 minutes of calling and had it available in 5 minutes! Very nice and very professional! If I do he'll be the one I call although I won't need his services again soon!

Do yourself a favor and call Pop-A-Lock. Driver tried to gratify me in unnecessary service, to get $200 and damaged my door. Pop-A-Lock was out and in in 5 minutes for over half the price.

Fantastic service! They got us into our place exceptionally fast, came within about 20 minutes, and replied promptly. He substituted the lock , so it worked with our first keys, keyed it, and also the new lock functions better than the aged and is so smooth! This service is highly recommended by me! It could not have gone smoother.

I got locked out of my home and now I live on the second floor of one of these Fan houses with super high windows that nobody could climb into, which can be good for safety and awful for becoming locked out. I attempted to replace the lock myself and I officially gave up, but not before the lock broke I'd purchased.
I predicted Richmond Locksmith. They came fast (in under 30 minutes) and they billed me 1/3 the price two additional locksmiths had billed me in the past when I'd been locked out. A new lock was included by that price too! They fixed the issue I had caused by trying to install the lock and set up a new lock, all in under half an hour. Plus it was the true owner of the firm who came to my home. I would certainly recommend this firm. In case you get locked out, call them.

The reason that we chose to no longer utilize this company is if we had an eviction. I scheduled 3 days prior to the eviction and called. I called the night before to confirm time and that the date of the eviction. The following morning while I had been in the property awaiting Eric he called and explained that he would be there in 4 hours. This was unacceptable!!! He went on to contend with me which made things even worse!! He'd wind up getting the job although he was cocky and arrogant stating I could call locksmiths. Obviously I called another company and they were there in just 5 minutes.
We have many rental properties and also have utilized Eric in the past. His pricing continues to change. He never gives the exact same price twice to you. He's always in a hurry and never listens to everything you want done. For example, we had locks and wanted them installed he said that would be fine but the end result that he utilized his locks and charged us an outrageous price for them. When we asked that he take them out and use ours that he was likely to charge another fee. It was more economical to just leave it alone.

The owner called around 9 am. Rekeying job A-OK. Rating because 3 locks were replaced by him, but initially gave us 2 keys. I needed to ask for keys. I specified and requested upfront for Baldwin keys, but he gave us 2 standard keys and some"Do Not Duplicate" keys when I explained 2 keys for 3 locks (and a family of over 2) was not going to do the job. Arik gave us the DND keys but said he'd order Baldwin blanks from his supplier. He even took a'master' key together with him so he can cut at on the Baldwin keys and then drop them off. I didn't hear from Arik for weeks so husband telephoned him to followup. Arik had forgotten he had told me he'd taken an impression of the key so he could cut on the keys when the Baldwin blanks came in. I told him if he had gotten the Baldwin blanks we were OK with additional DND keys. He said he'd need to wait until he stopped by his supplier that morning when they opened. Another week and a half later, and no keys. This moment, however, the information is he can't obtain the blanks. Even for the"Do Not Duplicate" keys...? I'd have given him 5 stars, if it were not for the sales-pitch promises which were never kept. Really? A locksmith who can no longer have blanks for"Do Not Duplicate" keys you had on your truck on your re-keying visit? Once he had been here, he had been quick and understood exactly what he was doing. "Nice man." . Website advertises he takes credit cardsbut needed to pay by cash or check. (I am a CPA so understand this is 1 way to avoid reporting earnings --checks can be cashed in the counter of the lender of plaintiff --consequently untraceable into the business.)

These guys are rude! Steer clear crooks! They'll quote you price and then fully raise prices.

Eric was quick to come to my rescue! He had been within 7 minutes of my house, unlocked the door and conducted my card. The support was friendly and fast. The only drawback was the price; not they overcharge, calling a locksmith and just that locking out yourself is always a pricey endeavor.

I phoned this business on 3/25/16 to change some door locks for a home. The dispatch said some are there in 15-20 min. I get a call in the tech saying he will be there within two hours. I called back and talked to the same dispatcher who advised me the tech had car difficulty but didn't wish to tell me that. He said he had another person on the way. He said he could see the person on his GPS and he know they are in route. 45 min later I get a call in the 2nd tech asking me for the place I was. I was upset. He had not even left his place. I took abt 3 hours to get this job complete. As this job was for function (foreclosure land ) I had the receipt itemized differently then the way they wrote it. Well it has been 4 times that the lady Michelle advised she did it and shipped it to me. Afterward she explained her boss told her the company that did the job works beneath them and came out but there's nother they could do for me when I told her I never received it. THIS IS A VERY SHADY Firm

I had been locked out of the house at 1 AM and I didn't know what to do. I called the number and Googled locksmith at the Richmond area. Fifteen minutes later there came a tech and over 2 minutes he let me. Since I payed cash, I received a discount. I high recommend them! Fastest in reaction and I felt safe. Reliable service!

I had a court ordered security order that required that the locks on my personal spaces be changed and deadbolts. I talked to a girl and contacted this company. I told her I had all 3 locks changed and also two deadbolts. She stated that was not a problem and the technician would have deadbolts and many different locks to pick from. The first technician using a thick Spanish accent called me and asked" Why the hell did he need to come at 11 pm" although they're 24/7. The technician never did although I phoned and he wouldn't come with no authorities here and the authorities showed up. I phoned back and the authorities told them to send someone now. A new technician using a beard and ear holes came and stated the authorities told him to finish when he ran out of the house, the service that's and he was not likely to do it. I called the company back and a"manager" with a Spanish or Indian accent told me to"go fuck myself" and hung up on me. Here is with and they violated the protection order and what they promised that they could do. Stay as far away from them. For a girl attacked by a guy with a gun this only added to my nervousness and stress.

A friend/neighbour of ours locked themselves out of their house late in the day, and had a lot of errands to run, they asked me to obtain a locksmith in their opinion. I phoned a few other places and kept getting answerphones, and voicemails requesting me to leave a message and they'll return to us later. Called these guys, got real person first time; the lady told me why she could get someone to us in half an hour, that is a fast response considering they pay such a huge place and was helpful and knowledgable. However, the 30 second quote was wrong... 15 minutes later and they had been with usand unlocking the door. The price was somewhat less than the majority of the other quotes I have seen. So no VoIP pricing, considerate, and knowledgable. That is why I've given them five stars.
