I was horrified to find the lock into my business. I sent out requests for estimates and These guys responded immediately. I was told by the dispatcher, the person responding to the call would contact me soon. It was a total of an hour from the time to when the job was finished the quote was requested by me! Ben was professional and kind. He was gone before any locksmiths reached me out.

After another company postponed my residential lockout request, I sent asks. I was contacted by this company . I asked for a quote and they (the proprietor ) gave me a price range. When the technician arrived (20 min after than he said)he lent me the maximum amount in the scope and denied knowing about such a range of prices. He said the company set prices and he had no charge. I'm no expert, but this lock does not seem to be the maximum difficulty to land at the most price. After calling his boss (maybe not the owner I'd communicated with), they agreed to give a small discount (without price matching my other quotation ). The tech was great and stayed calm and friendly even though my frustration was evident. The job was done with no harm, but there's a disconnect between the technicians and ownership/yelp communication in pricing and communication. I'm skeptical, although I'm trusting the yelp price range was not a trick to get that the tech to be requested by me. The experience made me, although I can not be too angry because the quotation was in the purchase price range and my door was unlocked.
