Key Doctor

This saved me one hours' quoted wait period and also a trip to the Toyota dealer. Although not a lot but the quantity of time we did not need to wait or go to the dealer was worth it we saved money.
We have a 2018 Toyota Highland Hybrid, and also we had the misfortunate of one of those keys falling into the elevator shaft when the key and the key chain separated. We called him, and we have a quote from a Toyota dealership then Alex was urged by our construction engineer for our condominium and then stayed in text/message contact. He managed to purchase the new key from Toyota (we have a push-button ignition) and program it to work for the car in 10 minutes. He had me examine it and make sure everything worked.
His van, which has his workshop, is small enough that we could park it.
Alex is quite fine, professional and carries major credit cards!

Utilize David the Locksmith in Redmond!My wife phoned I was out of town to get a door which was jammed into the garage and was billed $110 to unjam the latch if. 3 days after it was jammed so when I returned 11/1 I predicted and complain. The individual I talked with was very mad that I'd call to complain because he felt the charge for the lock out fix was fair, but I think that he took advantage of a girl who had been desperate to possess the door.
I disagreed and contacted David that the Locksmith at Redmond. David came out and had substituted the latch assembly to the garage and the latch into the door which was also sticking. Overall cost was $106.79 with no chance of the problem coming back AND we didn't need to go buy new door handles or possess any locks rekeyed such as Key Doctor had informed my wife that we would have to do.
My wife got ripped off by Key Doctor because he didn't take care of the problem! He unjammed the doorway to get an exorbitant rate.
I would NOT recommend this service nor will I use these . David that the Locksmith at Redmond once again proved to be fair, honest, fast and dependable.

He never gave up I've a 2019 challenger he never gave up worked on and off for 3 times to Correct it and reprogram my keys he Left my family happy hes affordable and knows his stuff locksmith

Cut me a new key for my 2014 Ram. Cost and speedy support. Would recommend if you need a key and do not wish to goto the dealership.

Alex was good. He had been to our home day and cut on me keys. He was very up front about pricing. Confirmed with multiple times to me so that I knew. I had keys and he had them everything was good! Because one door was yay he even waived the lock! Haha. After he made the secrets he had me check and make sure they work. He did precisely what he said he'd. Happy I did not have to tow my car and pay dealership prices.

Needed to have a key Fob for my car created. Called around and obtained a flat fee estimate of $140 including tax. Were consented to. I stated that he did not do anything for doing the job not only for showing up he then told me he was going to phone the authorities, and he had agreed. And he would not leave with anything less than $140. I offered him $20 because that's what most of dispatchers were typically stating they'd charge to send someone to my place. Because he refused to leave and accept the $20 that I received my phone also called the police my self he waited about 5 minutes and realized he should go. To make matters worse me threaten for posting the reality of what he did not do and said. This is my view of what he said and did and is that our right. I hope this post saves someone from being hassled buy this man from what he did determines to do things correctly or he learns.

We used Key doctor to replace a key fob on a Toyota Highlander with push to start ignition. Alex was on time, friendly, and professional. New key was programmed onsite with equipment and all needed tools. Overall very good experience will utilize services again if desired in the future!!!

We called the number on Alex's truck, and we were locked out this morning, and then he came out of his apt and attempted to help us. He was really helpful and generous. Highly recommend this Key Doctor if you are locked out of your vehicle. Thanks Alex!!!

No one likes to misplace their keys. The ones I lost were my ones, I never realized how careless I have been not obtaining a spare. I was immediately overwhelmed with the hassle and money it would take for a replacement and frantically searched online for solutions. I turned to my friends and one of them called key doctor. My call was answered and next day they had been at my house. The process was fast and a lot more inexpensive than anyone else I contacted

There aren't many locksmiths in the Seattle region that take care of keys. Alex is one of these. I had the misfortune of misplacing all the keys. Alex was right there to make a new set of keys for me, and even make a minor repair when he detected a lost bolt in the door handle. Thanks Alex!

What great service! I called Alex today (10/18) at 2:00pm and he was at my office by 2:30pm. Unfortunately we've got a 2013 Ford Transit having an locking system that is odd and it unable to be serviced by anyone but dealerships. Alex offered to investigate options for our van and said he would call by tomorrow . Even if he's not able to help us with this situation that is locking he will be.

Alex answered his phone immediately. Promised me he'll get to my location in one hour and made good on that guarantee. He lent the cost and did not try to do any business that was funny when he came and actually looked at what needed to be done.

I advise using key doctor!! Alex is so terrific! Where someone stole my purse with my set of car 18, I was in a situation. He was great with communication and made time to come to me right away. I called around for quotes and he had best personality and the best price also! He actually made a situation less stressful. He was fast and efficient! Alex was quite friendly. He offered me a price that was honest and he got the job done very nicely. I had lost one of the key fobs for my 2005 Chrysler Town & Country minivan. As soon as I called Alex, he was refitting a mobile service van and we advised a follow-up to get him come out when the service van that was new was completed, because I wasn't in a hurry. He called me came out to my house the following day and back to reconfirm our appointment. He cut 2 new keys and 2 important fobs for me personally. When he finished everything worked. My neighbor came around and had Alex create fresh keys and application key fob for him. Highly recommend Alex, the Key Doctor.
