What a service!

I couldn't believe how a company this is! I couldn't find anyplace to get my storage locker keys made prior to The Flying Locksmith came to the rescue! I moved to 3 different box stores with no luck, but I had all of my keys picked up and delivered within a few hours with a single telephone call to Bryce! There's not any reason to get a key made anywhere else than from The Flying Locksmith.
This is BS. It states their address is at 1941 1st Ave South in Seattle. That is a vacant storefront. I called the number and they said this used to be their warehouse but is now closed. Fly by night business. Do not waste your time.
James and his team are extremely professional. They set up an access control system for our office (such as hiring and coordinating with an electrician). I appreciated how receptive they had been via phone and email. They even came out and did a free"touch up" repairs on front door once the closure wasn't closing fully due to the weather fluctuations. I strongly suggest them.
From the very first email correspondence with Meshel into the service by Kevin's conclusion, the service was as needed, friendly, communicative and quick. Kevin replaced a broken doorknob re-keyed our residence and went to work for a door to latch - something I didn't ask him to perform. Enjoy the initiative and superior services!
I can't tell you how much I appreciated this team that is wonderful! My husband and I found ourselves locked out of the property, and with a very important deadline to meet. They agreed to come back to our home at a later date so we could pick out a brand new lock when we weren't so rushed and even spent extensive time working on our lock showed up quickly. The folks at Flying Locksmiths exemplify a type of customer service that you don't find that nowadays -- over and beyond. Really amazing; I would call them again!
