This man is my dude. He is funny and sarcastic too, and gets your keys created in no time.
Listen to him if he tells you to wait because he quickly and makes sure you aren't leaving with no keys.

My house is a 27 minute walk, or just a 10 minute drive from this place, therefore I am not sure how that distance comes out into a $125 price tag, and for no job done . This places sounds like a rip that is massive, and I am happy I didn't utilize their services.
I called them up and explained my situation (I was locked out). I wished to know how much it would cost to fix the problem, and the guy said over the phone he couldn't give me a quote until the problem was seen by him, and would need to send someone over. I then asked him what if the problem couldn't be fixed, or should I decide not use their service after obtaining an official price quote, and the man on the phone explained that to come down to do some house call, even just to look at the problem, would cost $125 bucks.
I didn't use the service of monKeys locksmith, but did have an interaction with their enterprise.

When you require a key created, go to some real locksmith. Having had keys created and I stopped by this area having seen the sign upon inspection did not resemble the original key. The keys, which required another area almost 45 minutes to perform wrongly in were created by the locksmith.

I had a terrific experience with monKeys, they've been in operation for such a long time and it is clear. Joe and jeff were very helpful with establishing and confirming the details of my change, which I wanted because I moved into my place. The price was quite reasonable. They showed up on time and job was done correctly. I would use them.

Rip off artists. I predict Jeff and tell him it is an unreasonable cost and that it is sketchy he wouldn't quote me when I asked. He yells at me he doesn't deal with customers and he doesn't care when I feel cheated by his own small business.
If you choose to utilize him, good luck. Better off taking your business anywhere else.
Our coop management company called them to change the lock .
On Monday, I telephone at 9:56am and he forgot about me. He says he will have a man over in thirty minutes.
Thursday I spoke to Jeff on the phone to program the appointment. He refused to quote me a price or give me any indication of cost but he had a deal with the management company.
Around 10:30 the man shows up, spends 4 minutes swapping out the lock yesterday, I get a bill for $136.
Find another locksmith.

Went in to get 2 keys copied. They chose the incorrect depth so the key didn't work! Should be more cautious next time.

These men do not"monkey" around! (I bet they have never heard THAT before.) I had 5 keys and I was out of this. At $2.50 per year, and at this type of speediness of support, you can't go wrong. The guy even offered to replicate it into a different size, although one of the keys was a brolic-looking one, also was $ 4 to create. Really appreciated the excess mile, and happy to bring all of my crucial making business .

The man behind the counter promptly came out from his corner to greet us when he heard us come through the front door. He managed also have our new cut, give us a quote and to glance at our secret and we were outside the door in under 5 minutes. All with a few jokes and a grin thrown. And for $2.50 to get a brand new key (that works perfectly!) It is a steal I feel somewhat guilty about it!
A cute locksmith shop. This place was although Okay cute is not normally an adjective that joins into locksmiths. Though it was no larger this place packed a punch. The walls were coated with keys, locks, keypads, safety hooks, cables and screws - even if it was anything to using key and a lock this location had it.

Came here now to get 4 copies of my flat key created. The man was speedy and friendly. They were $5.50 each and I was in and out in less than 3 minutes.

After calling a couple locksmiths I tried monKeys and was relieved to hear that they might create a specific sort of mul-T-lock key. The guy on the phone was agreeable and assured me the key could be made by him instantly as soon as I came with my key card and lent me the price which was less costly than my locksmith downtown. Later when I came he was simply as genial in person. The key was left by him and rang up my credit card in under five minutes - a fantastic experience.

I am always scared about cause I've heard some stories. I am so glad I discovered them went for a spare set of keys and via yelp trusted the reviews. I was in and out in under 5 mins but I want I. Oils have remained longer and chatted together cause they're hilarious. The man gave me a color key for my front door!! Wonderful above and beyond support. Yea I cant believe in this excited over a set of keys. It it has been on my to do list forever and if I'd found these guys sooner I could have saved myself a lot of shame.
