Bad customer support!!! They give you wrong material especially (key fob) battery and emergency key didn't work more 2 weeks...I never trusted them specially the technician!

One of the businesses with whom I have done business. Repeatedly have allowed me down. Requested a service telephone 5 months ago. Tech needed to purchase a part, recognized problem and came out, and said it would require a week or 2 to find the part. Fair enough. Called back after two months of silence, and has been told it would be another 2 weeks. No word after three weeks called and was told that the tech would call me to talk. Nothing. The following day, called again, and told the same thing. With exactly the same outcome. Called AGAIN, and requested to speak to a supervisor. Was told I couldn't, and that she (Katrina) would have a supervisor call me. Not acceptable following five weeks of failures and lies at each level. Will seek out a new locksmith, and will not be utilizing Red Rocks.

I see my scenario is common, Once I browse through their testimonials. I had been told I was being billed $87 to get a service and then discovered they charged me $224. The service picked a secret out of a lock which broke off. It required the technician 10 minutes. It required 3 Calls to acquire a response. Whoever called me was argumentative refused to give me his name and called ME a liar!! Run do not walk from this business. I am shaking from the experience I had over the phone. I have used locksmiths for projects that were larger and have never paid more than $124.

Scam artists. Called out them to select a padlock. The technician told me the lock was competent and he would need to cut it away. Of cutting on a dremel tool to w after an hour he still wasn't finished, then I managed to open it myself and had a key routed outside. $240.00 charge for nothing

I called and the girl on the telephone told me that my total should be about $100. They tried charging me $320 but was able to reduce it. I had been frantic so consented. My car wouldn't begin the day. I had to have a tow truck come and take my car into the dealership. They confirmed it was the key that has been the problem. I called to get THEY REFUSED and a refund! The jerk on the phone had been disrespectful and attempted telling me that the girl on the phone could have told me $100. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Awful! Desired a car key, known as the local number (it's really a call center), explained my plight, and was assured a callback. None. Called again. Same story. I took the bus for their address - just to discover the door. Just plain don't even TRY to do business with these people. (Turned my focus to City Lock and Key who were wonderful.)

Kind of pricey but fast They were speedy and efficient. Arrived promptly and even fit the lock. Kind of pricey but worth the ceremony.

I called Red Rocks Locksmith and happened to lock out, was last 6, house and was told that a tech could arrive in 20 minutes. A little over 40 minutes arrived. After a bit of attempting to open many doors he explained he would have to drill through the handle so as to have the door open. $179 dollars afterwards and a door that is destroyed handle this area is a total disappointment. .

Enjoy the worst customer support experience with this provider. A tech named Dan was unprofessional and quite impolite. When reprogramming a FOB for my automobile he gave me. When I asked a new one that he became very upset and said he could glue it. Mind you I only forked out $370 to this company. He then ran off without giving a receipt to me. Called Dan for the receipt, inform me they don't do hard copies of solutions and he could text it and he move to lie . Upset with the men remedy, also have heared back nothing and I called to complain about Dan. Therefore that the reason for this particular review is on the accounts of the companies lack of concern for customer service that is repeatable. My car failed to start after all was done and said.
