We needed locks installed and re-keyed in our new condo. Bonus Locksmith was extremely prompt, courteous, and efficient. The price can not be overcome. I'll use them again in a heartbeat. The only thing is that the way that they accept payment. They do not take tests, but will require credit cards. That part is okay. Rather than having any sort of credit card processor,they put your card under an old fashioned set of carbon papered charge slips and rub on an impression.
The locksmith arrived . He needed to go back to some store/warehouse to get equipment and assessed the locks. We had to call to inquire if he was coming back, it took as long! Afterwards, I asked if he can return to tighten up the door handle that is loose as a consequence of the lock change. I was told that somebody would call back to come out. No one ever called. Given what I paid and the grade of support, I can't recommend them.
