DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.
These people are HORRIBLE, TOTAL SCAM, allow them to charge you anything until you affirm the locksmith is topped by price between the telephone line or don't sign anything. First quote was for $15 service fee and $29.99 lock cut, when he gets there gee wants to charge $159 and talking to the call line they said the maximum charge shouldn't exceed $99 that is bull and when faced they hang up on you then display your calls.
I checked if I could provide negative stars I would top the better business bureau by 29 people, don't become the next victim of the scam.

This place is terrible locksmith. Super sketchy. They tried to double charge me till the ceremony was refused by me. My card was billed by them as business locksmith. So I do believe they're operating under this title. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Scam artists. Website recorded $29 for auto lock soda, and $15 $44. 50 min after, tech quotes and arrives $148. I said no way and so the games began. He texted dispatch, said that his boss would phone me to talk price. No telephone, five minutes. Then he offered to do it for $80. I told him that he was wasting my time $44 or even nothing. Unbelievably rude, shady bait and switch operation.

Our entrance door knob broke. It is not possible to replace a doorknob unless the door was shut, and even when I removed the knob I was not able to slip the bolt and shut the door. Our landlady said she'd reimburse us for the lockso a locksmith was called by my friend.
The man did spend 30 minutes with power tools getting the door so it is not like he did not put any effort in. The prices kept going up and were idiotic. The service call online was $15 it was 29. Labor was $65 85. He wanted $85 for knob's kind that costs $15 at Home Depot. $264. Yikes.
I'm terrible. She must have known as a locksmith herself that she never actually gets anything done, and when we asked her, but that's still an ridiculous amount to cover a lock. At least my housemate understands about Yelp now (and not even at his own expense!) .
Like everybody else has said, certainly a terrible experience with these guys.

I would give them 1 star. Completely horrible. Just called to get a quote for ignition replacement on a bike. Guy on the phone did not even say thank you after I said thank you anyhow (since they"nope, we will not be able to do anything for that bike"). Hung up. Rude. Would never ever recommend this place. Seth M.'s inspection appears to be a reasonable assessment awarded the 10 second phone call I just placed with them. They need to work on customer service. A little common courtesy goes a long way! When folks are in need of support you would think they'd be a little more worried. Would NEVER recommend. So terrible it's prompted me to write my first review!

Like the other reviewers, I had a TERRIBLE experience.
I locked my keys in my car.
I phoned their shipment, and the actual locksmith called me back about 15 minutes. He explained that the foundation service call fee was 15, then the labour charge to allow me depending on the type of automobile, would most likely be about $25 dollars.
At this point, I am about ready to dismiss a friggin' gasket. He does not have my credit card or something, but he says that he has my driver's license number and address (he copied those down first thing, until he composed my bill ), and that if I don't pay today, he will send me a bill.
"Well," he says, as if he's been during this conversation a hundred times,"the 15 dollar service fee is only if you actually do it. If I depart without doing any work, the service fee is $75."
He shows up and checks my 2002 Honda Accord and writes my bill. A $15 service fee + $125 labour + $13 tax = $153.
I had to be at work in about 30 minutes, not enough time to call another locksmith. So I told him to just unlock me. 5 minutes later I am in my car, he's gone, and I am $153 dollars poorer.
As he's getting into his car, he looks back at me and says"Now don't do that again okay? Not good for you" With a grin like he wiped his dick clean on my face.
I, obviously, tell that his pace is extortion, and him to depart immediately. He does not have to do anything weird or specific to enter my car. Its a typical lockout.
Okay, its still pretty cheap, I will address this.
The end.

I called at 9: am and asked to get a essential replacement service ASAP and was advised I would be contacted by a technician. I got a call from a technician an hour after telling me that he would be within an hour that he never revealed and 5 hours after I cancelled the petition after trying to call the office back for two weeks to cancel and being placed directly on hold and never getting in touch with anyone I got a call from two different technicians today telling me that they were both 15 minutes away so I cancelled the call and explained that I had been waiting for 5 hours and that they shouldn't come.

Just terrible. It look over one hour and I canceled because I would not wait. 15 minutes is a lie, don't believe it. Its a minimum of about $115 for a vehicle door to be opened that takes.

Wish I had read the reviews. I asked to get a total on the quote. He told me dollars. When they showed up it was 220. Merry christmas to me! I will never use this location . I would think about them con artists!

Over priced. Install a deadbolt into wood doorway cost me 200 + 50 labor + tax. He was sloppy about the aesthetics did not have the right tools, and did not have the cleanup gear. I am kicking myself. Please do your due diligence. - Bellevue WA

Do not even think about doing it. I called the day before to get an easy mailbox lock to change even though they said 15 min response time. For an appointment that was 11am, the locksmith showed up at 12:30 pm. He then proceeded to take an hour to get to get the lock that was new to fit in the hole. At 1:30pm, I advised him to forget it since I had to push elsewhere for an appointment. I refused to cover him given that I'd waited 2.5 hours and still didn't have a lock to the mailbox.

He said to call the organization and take it up till I paid him in 32, but he couldn't let me have my keys to my car.
5 minutes later, my car was unlocked and he gave me a bill for $344. I said that I was told that this should be about $50 and blew up. He said that it was not to the actual work. He said if I had taken the car to the company.
I paid him and then I called the company. I asked for a manager and they asked if they'd done work for me. I said yes and the man hung up on me. I called back in the upcoming few hours just like 40 times and there was voicemail or no response. I called the same number and I decided to use my girlfriends phone and they answered to the first ring. I asked what their speech was? They stated they had been a company that was mobile. I told him I know that, but what was the speech on the company license? The man kept repeating that they were cellular and when I requested to talk to the proprietor, he wrapped up. Ever since that time, they don't answer the phone to get my phone number or my phone.
The man came in a beat up car before he could begin working, and he had me sign a statement. I asked him if he could set the total on the bill before I signed it and he said it would be whatever they told me about the phone, although that he couldn't do so.
They quoted me $15 fee plus $35 per hour today, to unlock my car.
They are a scam and I was told by the authorities it's a civil issue. How do I file a case against them when they won't disclose addresses or names?

Wow! Will NEVER call them again.
Unbelievably rude on the telephone. Would not even allow me to finish my sentence before cutting in and saying:"We are not going to have the ability to assist you!"

I had been told by a different locksmith these guys are PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS!
DO NOT CALL PAUL LOCKSMITH!
When the REAL locksmith arrived, he stated was a"standard" lock, he had this mad looking cable contraption and he popped it available in less than two minutes. It cost $85 and the invoice and tax had details on it.
I wish before asking them to emerge, I'd hunted them Yelp. Same thing happened to me as the person who abandoned a review. On the telephone, I told them"we're a women's shop downtown" and he offered a beginning rate of $50 and said someone would be there in 15-20 minutes. 1 hour and three telephone calls of"Where is the shop? What's the name? Where do I park?" Later, someone revealed. He instantly asked for credit card. I asked what he believed it'd cost Once I handed him one. What part of"women's shop downtown" implies we would have"residential locks??? If I'd been quoted that high of a price on the telephone, I NEVER would have requested them to come out immediately I said no way . He wound up charging the $15 and PARKING on top. I noticed that the"invoice' given to me had no company number or address. Additionally, I discovered his tools. . .all he seemed to have were a bunch of screwdrivers. I gave him a $20 and politely asked him to leave.

Even though they claim to be"neighborhood" this company operates with a whole lot of Independenct subcontractors. They did not show up at the time they stated they would. I could not pin down them to a cost to change out my locks on the telephone, so that I ended up re - no love only a waste of my time!

DON'T DO IT! That day, I wanted to throw up out of disappointment. $15 went to a two hour wait period plus $118.
I was deceived by this company. Their site list on Google says $15 (lie #1) plus a 15 min. The quoted me for labour a starting rate of $35, and also $29 for a service fee. It was 30 minutes since my call After I got a telephone call from the actual driver. At that point, he advised me it'd be just another 30 minutes (lie #3). 2 HOURS LATER, the dude showed around my home (I locked my keys inside. . .dummy!) . He had me sign some paperwork BEFORE giving a quotation to me, after taking a look at the lock for about a minute. Then he allow me to know it'd be $108 plus tax!!! ($85 labour charge!) After about 3 minutes of work, the lock was shut, and he promised me that"the lock is still good, I didn't need to break it." Oh goodie! Thanks for the huge favor! He initially told me tax will be $10, but it crept around $10 if he wrote the invoice (lie #4). I called the company to complain, and also the man on the phone said that labour prices increase"based on the problem of the lock" Welp, took two tools and about 3 minutes couldn't have been $85 difficult! He stated the driver would call me to clarify the charges, but he never did.
Just don't go there!!!

My son has been getting ready to come home when his key had broken in his door and was in Tacoma. Since we live in Port Angeles, I couldn't move there to bring a spare key. I phoned Paul Locksmith and has been assured that someone would go and help out my boy. My son called me three hours after I'd contacted this corporation. NO ONE had Showed! My son had phoned them back up and was advised they did not have time. Had I understood that this firm would do. Very unreliable and unprofessional! Don't use this company if you expect any sort of service.

They charge $35 as to open the doorway the contractor billed me $85 in addition service charge for everything and anything.
This is a SCAM business. They advertise using keywords in google as"Family Owned" while they are only brokers sitting a remote part with contractors across US.
Don't become FOOLED by their first position in search. If you Find the amounts beware

The locksmith called me 10 times. I asked him he said $150 and how much it would cost and that I said that was ridiculous. I informed him I did not want to use his support and that he threatened to call the authorities. When I asked him to leave he told me that my apartment was"not my property"

Don't use these men!!! I was quoted a price. ( $15 to appear then $35 an hour). When the man shows up he tells me its a level $149.00 to open the door but may be more if he's got to drill the doorway. So doing the math that's likely to take him 4 hours He assures me that that includes all labor. I reluctantly agree. It takes him to open the door. Damaging the paint in the Procedure. He writes up a bill for $180.00!!! Wants cash only. I attempted to call and talk to a manager but the man who answers the phone tells me I can send an email but that there isn't any manager or proprietor I can talk to. Buyer beware!!!
