When the technician finally arrived he jacked up the price stating it is dependent upon the lock.
BTW apparently they are nationwide and scam people
This company goes by several names. Were Key and Coyote Lock and Speedy Lock. I wanted them to open a lock located in the handle of a door that was residential. I had been quoted $35 plus $19 for the home call. I agreed and asked them to come in 2 hours since I was leaving for a meeting. She said to be sure as the technician would be calling when he had been on his way, and leave his phone. They sent two technicians to the exact same job and it took 8 calls to straighten out it (so much for my own assembly ).
The technician did not arrive when scheduled and that took a couple more calls. By this time they were beginning to speak to me. Before this I had been yelled at a few times.
The technician needed to charge me $189 plus $19 for the home call. I told him before I would pay that kind of cash, I would split a window. We finally agreed on a cost of $41 plus $19 for the home call.
I explained that I needed a portable locksmith to select on my journey trailer lock called this locksmith on Tuesday morning and make replacement keys. They said no problem, they would send out a locksmith. Quoted me around $60... Ok fine... When the"locksmith" got to my home he looked confused, needed to text his supervisor... He then told me it was going to be $129! To open the doorway! He did not have keys to be made by any capabilities! He wasn't a mobile locksmith. I told him I would not pay $129, that he should leave.
He then demanded that I pay the service call charge... Ok... However, you came unprepared to do the thing that I requested you to do! Make keys! He could not cut one home key if he wished to... Anyhow I'm pretty ticked at that point. Paid him to get him out of there, subsequently called the company back. They took my number said the manager would get back to me to solve the fiasco. No call back however. So manager, if you're reading this, please phone me... Let's resolve this! Service was on 7/28/15 in 3pm...
I requested them to appear and work on a lock. Never showed up. Needed to go with somebody else.
