Their stuff is really known by the people at Rex. I've had some problems with a cupboard, and they fixed me up quickly. Very bizarre keys and all.
I would trust this company and also to be decent, hardworking men and women, to explain things clearly, and its locksmiths to take care of anything lock-related. I don't have lock key problems, but you understand where I proceed once I do.
It turned out that I had just not been using the key. They were nice and reassured me I was not, although I felt like an idiot. To top that off, they didn't charge me anything for their trouble, though they'd spent half an hour at my location, even moving around stuff for better access to the safe.

3. Inconsistent pricing: my pal and I got exactly the exact keys copied since we are living in precisely the same flat (and in fact, my buddy was the person who advised me about this store), however my buddy paid half the price that I paid. Weird.
2. Regrettably, my keys didn't work. I arrived back home and gave them a call and they told me I would have to go back into the shop to get a refund or to get the keys. I took a bus back into the shop to get the keys and that I left the shop. The keys still do not work, they're closed on Sundays, and I have a flight to catch tomorrow. What a waste of money and time.

Once more, excellent service from the folks at Rex. They re-keyed several deadbolt cylinders including one which I tried to do that ended up with a jammed deadbolt, for me.

Got such as 10 copies of keys for example 1 car essential and it was fast n easy. They told me to park in the back because I needed to determine whether the automobile key worked but I had difficulty directing the vehicle in the lot that was small. There was an employee there, I don't know his name but he las a low pony tail and he was patient, kind and helpful telling me how to escape the lot. Thank you for the help!

They give you the keys.
Heads up, they have a indication that states that if your secret says"DO NOT DUPLICATE" and you're trying to get it replicated, they aren't able to do this if you don't bring a notice of consent on official letterhead.
Came here on a Tuesday afternoon and got two copies of my 2 home keys. The worker at the counter was friendly and helpful, letting me know that I did not even have to take the keys off my ring. He took two min max to copy both keys and I was out the door!
Super quick and easy place to get your keys replicated.

I came in since I'd just gotten off of work, just as they had been closing. They had been so kind and helped me got me onto the road and replace my missing motorcycle crucial. Essential works and only took a couple of minutes.

Excellent support! Called to see as it's the day after Christmas if they were available and obtained a quotation on the spot! Went in and was instantly helped. Was in and out of the store within 5-7 minutes. I was worried they would not have the ability to assist me since my key is a security key but they had it! My spouse and I just purchased a house in the Berkeley Hills that had deadbolts on exterior doors. I walked right into to the shop, explained my situation, got expert advice from Phil (?) , scheduled the installation, met Geoffrey the friendly, customer support rep/installer that was super-competent, all locks were set up and work. We feel a lot more secure in our house!

The team Danny and Tim, were exceptional in attempting to fix my rather small older deadbolt lock. It took a couple of visits, but we got it working! I heard a lot! I'm delighted to recommend Rex Key to other people - if customer support is important to them.

Unfriendly and unhelpful. Not able to copy my Subaru key since it was not factory (?) And didn't explain this on the telephone right.

I had a couple of keys and they didn't work in the original 1912 front door lock of our house. The key was instantly identified by them and went to Rex and I came back home in the lock than the originals which function better with three keys. I won't be moving anywhere else from now on.

The guys in this shop are great. However they will need to find somebody to answer the telephone. I had a time-sensitive difficulty . (AAA would only tow the vehicle.) The man let me go through hoops and said in a clipped voiceWe will not do that today. You are welcome to bring it in tomorrow at 8:30.

FAST, Fantastic SERVICE I had a secret duplicated at Rex a number and also the guy who assisted me could not have been more polite or helpful. It was a basic trade -- $6 replicate key -- but the entire experience was free as I could imagine. I was in and out of there in about five minutes; the key works and I'm a happy baby. . Motorist, er!

Because I lost both I came here in order to duplicate my flat key and mailbox key. I didn't expect the service to be quick! It took me less than five minutes pay and to get them duplicated. The cost was cheaper than I thought it would be - $5 for replicating both.

Quick and effective, but communication could've been better. I didn't understand that placing the order and describing in detail that the locks would need someone to come out first, before going and buying the essential hardware. That would have been great to understand and I wouldn't have bothered describing everything. We had been billed for the amount of locks, but understood afterwards that there was one that was not done. Not billed to it, but would have been pleased to have it done.

Don't you just love it if you move to a business for solutions that were quoted by somebody else at almost ten times the amount, and you think to yourself..."This can not be possible, if those other guys had been trying to charge me ten times as much, how do this business perform it less?" I just wish to say thank you very much for overall customer services and your honesty assistance. I am not certain if he was off for the afternoon, but stuck around to cut a few secrets for me, because he took after completing the task and walking . Keys worked and I talk about the word to individuals that are looking to become similar services.

Great shop! I called/went to 4 other stores searching for a fix, but this store was the only one to help me. Price was very fair. Customer service was superb! I was quite impressed. I will be coming back to shop their own wife selection of lock associated products and accessories. I saw a lot of things I have been searching for but have been not able to locate in stores. Thank you!

Both times I've been here, I obtained 2-3 keys and had been in and out over five minutes
It's not overly expensive, although I am not sure the prices are, since the purchase price is contingent you're copying.
I love this place! Best place to get your keys! The service is friendly and super fast, and you'll get exactly what you need in a jiffy!
