Sounds good, right? Well, I researched them and should have shopped around.
He went out to his car for awhile to create the locks, and then they were installed by him. When I asked for the complete, he used his phone and came up with the total of 494.99. Outrageous! I said,"Really, that is how much it costs?" Looking down at precisely the exact same statement I'd already signed, he had added a"4 x" in the front of the $55, and a"5 x" in the front of the $35. I wanted this guy from my residence, although I did not want to cover it and was outraged. I presumed I could battle with it later. I called the office and got exactly the exact same kid, and he told me I would need to speak to his manager and hung up on me.
PRICE GOUGING! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR.
Two days later, once I did catch the manager (Tony or Tomi, something like this, foreign accent) on the phone, he laid into meassuming I had been another person who had already complained. He wouldn't even listen to what I had to say. His tone was smug and argumentative right from the beginning, and he explained there was nothing I could do because the bill was signed by me. (Turns out he's right, because I tried to deny the fees via Visa.) He explained that there is no way his tech would have added numbers to the bill after the truth,"As my technicians are extremely well trained." Yes trained at the craft of scamming folks. And in the next breath, the manager said,"We don't understand how much it is going to cost until the job is completed." What? So just need to warn everyone-- get a estimate upfront and DO NOT use this company.
The tech arrived and checked out the five locks I wanted shifted. Before the job was began by him, I specifically asked for a quote. He gasped to get a bit, then came up with a statement that had four numbers written on it$14.99 service call (thus the 15 mentioned in the advertisement,) and then the numbers 55, 85 and 35. Mentally totaling that all, it might come to about $190. I'd anticipated the whole job to be under $200, so I agreed and signed the bill, permitting him to begin the job.

Horrible!! My car wouldnt start because the secret was too worn out to work. My daughter called and they might come out to make her a secret. The key didnt work, told her to go buy a new ignition at car zone and he then explained the ignition was the issue. The tech said he'd replace the ignition off the album for $50. Doesnt know and She's 18 and reliable him to repair the vehicle. He was there more than 5 hours and left it unfixed, wires dangling out, not all the way assembled, and car still didnt work. He left saying he'd finish the job the next day. He took my horses cash and left the job unfinished. 'd my husband or me never been working, this is not. She's a college student, makes min wage working, and he took her cash, $195 for nothing, had the car towed to a store and she must pay $230 to repair his screwup. Tried calling the customer service number on the bill and no answer and no voicemail, no speech, there is absolutely no method to get a grasp of them. Tried to call the tech and he isn't responding. These people are crooks and take advantage. My next move is better business bureau. So angry!!!

These people are HUG scammers. DO not call them. They re-keyed 3 locks in my Gilbert workplace and charged me $534.00 I'd asked them and they explained they couldn't give me a price until they saw that the locks. The guy was here for 1.5 hours and went into the bathroom 3 times for 10 minutes each time. He then hung out in the trunk of his automobile. I came into work the following day and not 1 lock worked with my keys! We left 3 messages and called and not 1 time did they return my phone for a settlement. Prevent this company. We feared for our safety after disputing their invoice also ended up buying 3 new locks for about $150.00 bucks. They lied for what service they provided in their dispute. You may regret calling this business - !

DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. They came to my home hours when they said they would be there and then charged me 150.00 to rekey one lock. Like a idiot I didnt look at the receipt until after he left cause I could not read his chicken scratch, only to realize I had been billed 144.99, not 44.99! I had been told over the telephone this would cost 15.00 for the support call and 19.00 each lock. What a fucking surprise once I realized my receipt indicated 144.99. These people are crooked. DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THEM

I wish I could give this a.5 or two stars. I had a crisis locking my keys in my car with no phone no means I knew. I had been in the center of Phoenix and a circle k on 16th and Indian college where one of the employees took the phone away from me while trying to get a hold of someone to help. Thankfully a man who had been a medical transport was nice enough to let me use his cell phone. The one came up and it said $15 locksmith so I phoned and that I just figured from the ad that it would be 15 and maybe. I was sadly mistaken... $275 later and it took the guy maybe 10 mins to open. He advised me my Honda Civic is the HARDEST CAR to open and that is the reason why it was so muchbetter. I didn't have any option but to pay. My fiancé known as folks once I managed to get a hold of him he knew. Everyone said it should be 90 tops and there are firms like this 1 scam people and give a bad reputation to businesses. I really feel I was taken advantage of and this area needs to be shut down. I wish I read reviews but I did not have a call in order to do that. I hope this helps a minumum of one person.

These guys are Don't use them. They took advantage of us. Rip off!!!

This business is really MISLEADING & DISHONEST!!!!! They say that their service charge is $14 $19 really charges you. They say it's an added $5 cancellation fee. In case your just getting an estimate can you cancel something? What a SCAM. You can't find a honest answer. They have many phone so once you call 4 different numbers you are calling the location! They hang up on you, they will not apologize for manners that are dis-honest & their shady. BE CAREFUL, DO NOT CALL THEM! They have. It wasn't an act. I'm writing this to inform other people. GO ELSEWHERE. Here's a quik quiz for you, right above this section where I am writing this comment, there is no speech for this company just: Locksmiths Pro (Pro;s at what)? First Red Flag. Shop spread the word.

If you were cheated by this company please submit a complaint to the attorney general at https://www.azag.gov/complaints/consumer, we had been quoted $14.99 service call fee plus labour to unlock the doors of a 2002 Yukon with NO ALARM, and ended up paying $298.02 they did not tell us until after the car has been unlocked. Other locksmith's this is a known issue told me. Please submit a complaint to stop people.
