The business told me that the expense to make a key for the car would be $70. When they came they explained that it was going to be 270. I said . They lowered the cost. They were not able to make the key. They billed me $35. I went out to my vehicle the following morning. I had a dead battery since the light was left by them on. Then I could use my starter since they didn't reprogram the newcomer and reset the secret. There's also a light flashing which indicates someone tried to steal my car. I am aware this isn't the case before they left but they should have fixed the light. I've been attempting to get them to fix what they broke for the last week. They refuse. The manager is at a"meeting" every time I call and they have hung up on me on several occasions. They have also threatened to block number. They refuse to repay the money I invested and won't fix the things that they have busted . On the webpage they claim to be BBB A+. I think that they are false advertisements employing the BBB. I have also contacted Angies list to inform them that they are using that website as false advertising because they are not on Angies list.

I have called this company numerous times...I've been put on hold many times for at least 20 minutes I simply hung up. Nobody knows what they are currently doing in that company. . DO NOT...I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You'll be sorry!!
Here really is the company. I called them to come and repair a lock. The lock was exchanged by them charged my renter $725. THAT IS OUTRAGEOUS. My renter paid them so I needed to refund her. I would have never paid . And to add salt to the wound. . .you can not lock the deadbolt from inside the apt. It won't lock.
