Aziz was wonderful! I had a fantastic fob for my Prius that needed because the buttons fell apart to have fixed. If he could do it he was not sure but he was ready to help me out with it. We attempted to fulfill later than he would even after a very long day, so he could help me out but I lost the case and needed to get a brand new one. But before that he was ready to wait for it to be searched for by me. And after I got the replacement he was very responsive and came quickly to my rescue. The existing situation was worse than what he'd thought but he went ahead and fixed it for me, together with kindness, professionalism, along with friendliness that is great. I hope not to need his services anytime soon but I advise that you go to get these kinds of things to him. He is amazing!

Communication was great. He programmed three keys for my car and cut. I'm sure I could get the service done anywhere but flexibility and the communication was VERY appreciated since this was performed on short notice.

Its a normal shop. I used to not check but its decent. I had my battery that is replace. He did it than 5 mins in lee. He obviously needs more training without damaging it opening the secret. But the service was fast. Can't complain.

I have made Aziz this review for a month or two. He was great and prompt, and if we ran into problems that are additional he understood how to manage them. The one thing I could improve on would be coordination of meetings, but nevertheless five celebrities.

A Fresno native going to college & happen to have my keys stolen, to make things short. My secretary called for his services & as he showed up gave me an ABSURD PRICE for a key on a 90' s pickup truck though he said it'd be cheaper as it's not a 21st century automobile. He did some spray & jerking for another 45 minutes on my truck & thereafter's lock he was on his telephone texting and calling individuals. Time is a valuable thing to get a service & efficiency is crucial but he had been stagnant & the vibe that I got this TIME WASTING WAS INTENTIONAL. While I confronted him he started to be belligerent and DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS ME. He also THREATENING HIS LAWYER, TO CALL THE POLICE & ON ME the basis I had to pay although there was no contract that was binding.

My mom locked herself and called me in a panic. I randomly did a Google search for locksmiths at Hayward. A-Z Locksmiths were picked by me and known at 6:16 pm. I explained the situation. He explained he would be there in 45 mins. Since he had been on his way. I explained so he asked me to text him the addy that my father had a health condition. He texted he would be there in 4 minutes! He communicated with me each step along the way as my parents spoke English. He finished by 6:35 pm!!!! and had been there I couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially since I could not personally be there to assist my parents.

I'd love to thank A to Z Locksmith to help the door opens and change the locks. He's very responsible and my locks are older so he takes a lot of time repair and to clean it. Thank you for all of the work and I truly appreciate your help!

Moved into a new development in Hayward. As a result, the garage would not open I had been locked out and when I returned. Originally referred to as another company that subcontracted out their solutions. Fortunately, yelp was looked on by my fiancée and concurrently called Aziz. During the time we were waiting for the party, Aziz still assisted us throughout the process. He advised my fiancée so that he could give us a price quote to have an image of the door lock. In addition, he told us plans on what we could do if we didn't enjoy the quote that we were awarded from another party. He basically"coached" us during the process.
Finally, I decided to cancel another party (especially because they were taking forever and refused to give me a price quote). Aziz drove to East Bay from the peninsula to assist us out at 9pm on a Sunday. He managed to get us the ideal part and our lock is a smart-key and replaced our door lock. Service was great, costs were transparent before him arriving, and he knows his stuff. If you have some lock issues highly recommend him.

Aziz was fantastic! I needed to get my deadbolt re-keyed, therefore I phoned A to Z locksmith. Aziz made time to meet me, although it was after hours. He was very knowledgeable friendly, did an amazing job! What more can you request?

Aziz is an expert at what he does. I was having an issue with an older tenant I had to evict and I needed to get the locks at my property altered. Aziz responded with urgency and I called and altered my locks quickly. He recommended a particular key to avoid having a renter duplicate my keys later on. Super quick and helpful. Thank you Aziz!
