Fixed a problem with door alignment and eliminated an illegal double cylinder lock (not allowed to have locks which could lock both the outside and inside of the door in NYC). I had been secure as well as referred to Astoria Lock. Called amd got somebody. I explained my concerns and Bill provided pricing and options. While somebody else was there for me, I made my choice that he came in the day/time agreed and did the work. I never have to meet him in person. If you want a no locksmith I recommend.

Had four friends and my daughter ready to go to Great Adventure for the day. Much to my dismay I misplaced the keys into the anti-theft device attached leaving us stranded. As you can imagine everyone was a little upset with me.

I had been in the center of getting ripped off by another business in Astoria when I decided to call. I knew I should of listened to my friend in the 1st place but jumped the gun on calling a place I found on the internet that offer 24hrs... the quotation given by another man was extremely high from the minute he arrived and he just seemed dishonest so I decided to call Billy in Astoria Lock & Safe. He would be here when I explained all the other man said he advised me to send away the guy who was being dishonest and not to worry. I paid another man a charge for just showing up and"pretending" to"help me" but was not keen to pay him another cent! Billy showed up with his unique tools and was able to get me in with no issue and charged me half of what another man tried to bill! I would refer Astoria Lock & Safe to anybody who's in distress and searching for work that is honest with an fee!!!! Thank you a lot of Billy for getting me in to my apartment!!!

Billy has a personality and operates out a fantastic deal I had some reservations about the installment of my security gates. Billy assured me that they can be installed in various ways since customer satisfaction is paramount and should I have concerns he would treat me. My other home is in VA, this describes my Astoria home.

John came to install my window unit, and he was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He was out and in over 10-15 minutes - came on the same day that I predicted - and his price was quite reasonable. I would definitely call him!

I moved with the chaos that moving causes all and in to a new flat, I forgot to arrange for a locksmith to come and set up locks. It was Saturday after 5 and that I was from Astoria Lock & Safe. He offered to come back at 9:00pm but clearly, which was too late but then he stated he would come out on Sunday.
