Taiwan was super friendly! When I locked myself out after I dropped my 12, arrived on-time. The first procedure was rapid, with what was suspected to be some microchip issues with my version but Taiwan ran into issues. Taiwan worked to get Honda in addition to Geico, making sure my problem was solved in the same night. He was super friendly the entire time and was clearly very willing to assist me with whatever desires I had! He scraped the wax from the towing firm off I've had in my car .
Overall superb friendly and committed support! I would recommend Taiwan!

This company isn't great with keeping appointments, I have made an attempt to give them company on several occasions because they were in the region and past experiences have been great. If you call for service and they actually do come out the workers are favorable, but you're stuck waiting around all day for them. I have scheduled appointments weeks in advance for jobs and also to get quotes on repairs and they never showed up. On the past two attempts I got a call days from a 678 area code if they can come asking. I let the man know I waited he reacts they were on a different job and the day and nobody showed up. A courtesy telephone would have been valued, although that is fine. He agrees to come the following day, once again no-show and no telephone.
I've begun to recognize that they are uninterested in large jobs and giving quotations, they're only interested in key copying jobs and jobs that payout .

Totally impressed. Lost both my primary FOBs (do not ask ). Same 8, they came out to my car. Took 15 minutes shirts. Super professional. Required me to show paperwork and appropriate identification, which was reassuring given the nature of the business. Replaced my fobs. Good price. Strongly recommend.

I was frustrated with paying $6.00 to get a mail box key duplicate especially as soon as they told me over the telephone they charge $4.50 to get a mailbox keys duplicate. He said that was the price although the fellow at the desk seemed nice. I previously had the exact same key made at another location for $2.50 however they are on vacation.

They can make keys types here that you can't get at Walmart. Be certain you make the ideal key. After describing the situation of getting the wrong key I had been told no refunds.

I had a great experience here. After searching the south side to discover a locksmith to fix my own Mitsubishi key(no one would touch it) someone recommended them. We predicted to affirm the appointment the next morning and were advised that a locksmith was on the way. The locksmith finally arrived around 11 am.
While we were not impressed by the handling of the scheduled support windows of Keyway , the locksmith that came to our home was thorough, experienced, and skilled. The new keys All functioned well and the locksmith was very methodical in his craft. He took the opportunity to make sure that all the parts functioned well and worked easily. Our locks work better than they did prior to his work.
I would recommend Keyway with the appointment rescheduled on short notice, to anyone who needed a locksmith's providers and could be okay. The tech of Keyway was the most skilled, although the state is a critical problem, of course.
We contacted Keyway to have several locks re-keyed and were advised that a locksmith could arrive between the hours of 2 and 4 pm. We waited until 3 pm and then called Keyway for an upgrade. We had been advised that the locksmith wouldn't be able to keep the appointment and that one would come the next day at 10 am. Hmm.

I phoned their emergency support to see if they could replace my lost car essential. Their answering service called, and they said that they could not get in touch with a tech. She said she'd have one call back. I phoned them later in the afternoon to see if anyone was available. The telephone service said that they could not get in touch with a tech, and she could not guarantee that they had back to me that afternoon.
They said that no on was there the afternoon before. Thenthey said that they could not create a secret for my'97 Saturn, though their site says that they substitute keys for"older" Saturns, plus they have a picture of a Saturn on their site which is older than mine.
What is the point of a crisis service whenever they don't respond to crises??

Professional, punctual and accurate is the way I'd explain the tech which serviced my rental home. If you are interested in finding the top of the line service then you have to go with Keyway.

I lost the keys to my ford f 150 downtown last Saturday. . Pretty sure I left them . Tried getting the cab business to locate the driver but no luck. After two days I got quotes from a few businesses. Keyway was the only 1 a locksmith answered not a call centre and the telephone. They had been up and I did not wish to spend the amount in the 1st place although I read tales of people. . They left the experience as simple as possible although hope I don't need them and I got two keys cheaper than getting it towed for you know who. . !

My boyfriend lost his automobile key (I still don't know how) before he had to push his coworkers to a weekend escape. Keyway was called by me and they were in the middle of the window they gave me by 2pm in my house. (If you have ever tried to deal with the very loosely defined"service windows" provided by cable companies, you can appreciate how pleasant it is for the worker to really show up on time.)
All in all, Keyway turned to a problem. I'll be back -- KNOCK ON WOOD -- if I have another catastrophe.
The employee on the phone was very useful --he worked to authorize the job unconventionally, letting my boyfriend email in his ID and advice instead of simply turning away me when he discovered I did not have access. The job was fast and competent. He also cut a new secret that charged me the price I was quoted worked perfectly, and even gave me the cut amounts so that I could get a copy made in a locksmith later on.

Had a vehicle. . .bad enough. . .but the home keys were inside. Jake and called manner came over in just a couple hours. Fantastic locksmith, fantastic price. Very knowledgable and very professional. I'd recommend them. Thank you.
