After hunting and requestion yelp quotations NONE would take my key, a sterile key I purchased, and replicate it. None. One really shady dude"Locksmith Connect" lent me $350 to make a spare from my key and my previously purchased key blank. I walk into Able and within 5 minutes, I have 5 important spares for my bike for $4. Korean lady has been very nice and pleasant. Pretty cool for an elderly lady.
I cannot comment on their services, which appear to be different.
Motorcyclists have an issue in city where damn near any place that calls himself a"locksmith" is only a guy who runs an integral machine and will go set up door locks. Able is a real locksmith.

I have been using this company for many years for my rental components. Today at 8:15 needed a locks rekeyed, door is secured and call the company number NO response. No hours posted on doorways? Figure and I don't need to wait what time !! opens

They say they take good care of automotive locks but in the woman's exact words"if you misplaced key for motorcycle we cannot help you". So they deal with malfunctions? ? Are locksmiths called by all people they get tired of else they or their locks malfunction or simply because they're bored with? No, many call because of lost keys so Competent should step up their game and learn how to change locks without the client. Not polite or helpful in any way!

We're so very happy with the service we received from Able Lock and Key. They were the ONLY ones that were on time in our office construction. We had been awarded an honest quote and even though the installer and the owner were there for hours and came back on Mondaythey billed us WAY less than anybody else! The project ended up being a good deal more than we believed we needed, but the installer simply setup shop and diligently worked on re-keying nearly every lock, and we'd 34! The quotes we received from other companies compare to the cost we ended up paying! In our view, Able Lock and Key don't have any rivals in Las Vegas or Henderson! Thank you for making this challenging process a transition. Medical Consultants that are complete will call for something which may come up later on and will pass your institution's information out!

I called to obtain a car key since my car key broke in half and the lady was nice enough to give me a quote and then send out someone to fix it and it went downhill from there. . .the man is testing my new key out and he is ramming the key to the ignition and jarring the newcomer on and off..the force he used to initiate the car was ridiculously uncalled for. So I pay close to 200 bucks for the new key, which doesn't work initiate the key and to open the door, I need two keys for a single car, to end up with a key that doesn't work. The following day I had to ARGUE with the proprietor, Susan or Suzanne, who did not want to speak to me after a 30 minute conversation and being called a liar, simply to send her technician out to mepersonally, 6 hours after the telephone call only for the guy to tell me, he awakened my ignition with a pin or something and had to replace it. If a customer calls and requests for assistance repairing an item which had no problems before the service your firm provides, do not telephone the customer a liar and struggle with them nor do you tell them that they do not understand if clearly, YOU DON'T, worst service supplier, especially in a 24 hour city, customer service means more than accessibility!

. .if I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Took some exceptional order keys which were REALLY pricey for my car in for cut and the moron Korean woman that apparently is the proprietor dismisses my ignition key from the back key, which OF COURSE screws off my pricey ignition clean so that she chooses one of HER 50 cent key blanks and causes me to a copy of my ignition key and states that she'll pay me to get another pair of my blanks and that the one she cut was no charge....Ordered the blanks and went in with them along with the receipt and the Korean woman wants to cut $5 off the price because ALL OF A SUDDEN she wants me to pay for the 50 cent blank she gave me since she had been too STUPID to look at what key she had been cutting. . .at the start though she had been telling me she wanted"Her" old key back. . .WTF? I told her there is NO WAY I had been giving her a key for my car....This woman doesn't have any business sense AT ALL and I would rather cut off my keys with a hacksaw than ever patronize this place again. . Call ANYBODY ELSE but this place!
