Fantastic guys and fantastic support; while you won't need to rely on them they do excellent work. 10/10 recommend.
While I might not have appreciated the experience of being locked out and forced to alter locks, the guys at Anderson Locksmith were consummate professionals at 11PM (and on.) Having spent 30 minutes just trying to have the item open (we ended up having to drill it,) I had a new, matching-color lock before I went to bed.

When a key struck in the lock called them and they responded to my request. I am very glad I am led by yelp to this corporation. You cover expect its pricey but worth it & manhattan price!

Prompt and very friendly with their job, and kept collateral cost to your minimum-I was too thrilled. Before I understood it, I had been in mattress and my home.

This locksmith has good customer service, and is competent.
After calling several different vendors spoke. They were faster in getting to the flat than many others in the region. Was quoted $120 for a locked bedroom door opening which is fairly standard. There was also an after-hours service fee, so make certain to validate the purchase price.
Contractor attracted the tools necessary, but believed that we may have to drill the lock. We could think of a solution after reviewing several options.
We used a door wedge and successfully opened it with a pry bar with little to no damage to the jam and door. It had been done in under 15 minutes. Make sure you try out a few choices before drilling, you may be suprised with the results.

Since I wrote this review, the"owner" who identifies himself Yelp as Steve A. and on the phone as Mark and also in a private overview of me (obviously negative) since Jason L. has called me to try to"convince" me to alter my review. He's stopped calling me today and I took some time to cool and consider whether to include this upgrade and felt it was significant enough to post.
I straight up told Steve/Mark/Jason that if he wanted to refute my statements, he is more than welcome to write a public comment to my review multiple occasions but I'm sure that would require him to identify himself as the owner and he is just confused about which identity to use.
Now, I am giving a 1 star and a BIG warning to anyone thinking of using him to him. I'm sure he was a man sooner or later and I really wish him the best of luck but, dude, pick your battles. You can not win'em all. In fact, your strategy will make the nuclear option is taken by someone. Maybe rather than harassing people in their place of work, you should work on training to your employees/representatives.

After the first time he called, I did consider giving him 1 star back (as I mentioned in my first review) but given he kept me on the phone for 30 minutes begging me, attempting to provide me free services, or"anything" I was really put off.

Dave was knowledgeable and very professional. We needed two locks changed to be pad entries. We purchased the incorrect equipment not and Dave was patient helping us. After two visits on precisely the same day with the locks that were wrong, he left time the following day between appointments to come and put in them. He made certain that we utilized a new as he had clarified that he gets calls for the variant locking out people and malfunctioning. He was quick, reasonably priced and knowledgeable. Would recommend him to anyone in need of a good locksmith.

We needed to locks replaced after dropping the keys to our place.   I called Anderson locksmith because of its Yelp! Reviews and I am happy I did. I called at 2am and there wasn't any answer. About 30seconds after Erik returned my phone. He explained that the tech is on his way and could call and text me 5-10 minutes prior to coming and he was perfect. Thanks for Anderson for the excellent service and function you provided.

I had my locks changed out since they were getting older. Steve was my support man and he did Ana job. Would suggest any day of the week.

These guys are fantastic. According to the Eve of New Year and they arrived in an hour. Fixed my lock in a fast and professional manner and helped to correct the deadbolt.

I was quite impressed. I was indoors in just a few minutes. They have a fantastic attitude and did a great job!
I was locked out of my house, they worked until the job was finished by them and requested for a state ID or drivers license.

Usually locksmiths make me want to blow my brains out. These guys did yeah, I would go with them.
So simple! And. $50 cheaper than just two places I called. I worked with Arthur- was professional before I could walk my puppy and the locked was repaired.

Steve bailed me out. Had my flooring they locked the door. Apparently I switched my entrance door keys I recently replaced. And got stuck again. However, Steve got me out thank you!

Steve took the opportunity and also the repairs were required. They also checked the doors hinges and that was loose and requires repairs that were potential. I would not be afraid to use this locksmith and highly recommend.
Quite happy with my experience. I went to Anderson locksmith based on the reviews and wasn't disappointed. My home locks appeared to be on their way out and so were difficult. No matter the locksmith did to fix them since the previous locks are currently working a great deal better.

Last night lost my keys and could not get in my apt. Anderson's was called by me from a yelp search. Favorable man showed up and got the lock repaired and replaced for me 500. I selected the security lock. Speedy well job done!

Given the service and pricing, I would definitely recommend this locksmith! Also flexible and convenient schedule.
After moving into my new apartment I decided to replace the locks. I called and spoke to Steve. Soon after emailing a photograph of my lock I got a price that was flat over the telephone that was a fair price. Steve showed up on schedule and was a pleasure to work with.

The pricing was reasonable and potential fee schedule was laid out ahead of time. He was skilled and was able to open my door that is apt without any harm. Clearly the company is not out to make the most by price gouging people in dire conditions.
These guys are incredibly professional. I got locked am the night before a demonstration on the job. After texting him a photo of my lock and speaking with Slava on the phone he had been at my door within the hour.
These guys come highly suggested! I hope never to be in a situation like that but should I find myself locked out after a night out these guys are going to be on speed dial.

I was outside with the guys the other night, things got mad and lost my keys. (Perhaps not the first time:/ )... known as Anderson since they were top on the list. The guy came within 10 minutes and got me inside my flat with no hassles.... Excellent service! Will call you guys again once I get locked out.

Anderson Locksmith is easy to work with. I managed to receive information on the sort of purchase and had to get a deadbolt, and readily made an appointment. Eric gave me a courtesy phone an hour before getting to the apartment, and was on time. The installation took approximately 15 minutes, and Eric provided some aesthetic advice that I valued - he made some alterations to the previously installed mortise doorknob. Highly suggested!

I called later locking my keys inside my car and they had been 15 minute off and I told them that the specifics of the cars make and model. I'm satisfied with the customer support and they worked and did an excellent job to unlock my car. They help out immediately and have rates, thank you! And urge to friends!
