Dan's Door Repair

As a Supervisor to get a locally owned and operated business I will appreciate the importance of"keeping it local". We have employed a company to service our bay doors in our front door in addition to our shop. Well... not anymore. . We discovered Dan's Door Repair from a search. I called them and gave them a description of this problem we were using. The Lady on the other end of this line was quite polite. "We've got a tech in your area now" she stated. It would a couple hours before they'd have the ability to come. 30 minutes later they pulled in. The techs know precisely what they're currently doing , very professional. They assisted us with our principal concern. We had. They addressed and fixed that issue. Said services were rendered on November 11, 2016. I would advise this Family business.

I have a tiny construction in north Phoenix. I actually tried to prevent having two separate services come out, and needed a combination of commercial door service and lock function. Dan does both industrial door repair and locksmithing. I discovered Dan very responsive, he got out. Dan was great about communication, although due to the magnitude of my occupation, it might end up taking a couple of days. I found his prices more than reasonable.

Set up an appointment to receive 4 doors installed. Quoted me 8am-11am. No call, no display. Stated the tech and called their amount would be coming shortly, like 20 min. Asked the place and they were in Mesa which is a minutes away from my place. Do not call this business undependable. If I could, Can give zero stars
