What class acts! Professional, quick, prices that are competitive.
Rani was a dream. He was super fast and vacuumed the dust. I learned they do a lot of complex property management work and rekeys in addition to car locks. No wonder these men have five stars!
We called heaps of locksmiths requesting for a home security evaluation. Most of them said no we don't do this, rude or were perplexed. A few questions were asked by this firm and together we learned I simply wanted someone assess my windows doors and outside of my home and to come out.
They have installed four hit plates, a locking mechanism for my sliding glass door, a deadbolt for my front entrance. On their recommendation I did a ton of items myself (dowels in dividers, shatter proof window films on bigger single pane windows, additional glass shatter sensors to the alarm system, padlocking a gate, etc).

The amount of work was about to take because it was late in the day once I called. Neri re-keyed all the doors so he stayed until he finished the job and dedicated. Neri was able to finish everything. We assessed every lock that was re-keyed plus they worked on the first try.
Extremely happy. Had a house. Called lock solutions late and stated they could have their technician Neri outside to do the job in the day.

Lawrence at lock solutions Inc supplied me with Rockstar service . I took in a laser cut key for my Volvo semi truck to get a copy and their copy worked flawlessly. I we will come back here for all my key copying needs.

The shop is small, clean, we were greeted immediately, we did another pair of keys for one more car ($5 since it had no fancy chip inside). We had been quoted $250 to have a key made for the Volvo. Everybody was nice, friendly, easy to talk to, had comedy. Your mom and pop. So we set up an appointment for next day at 10 am.
Our car keys from the Volvo were giving out, breaking in pieces, we even tried to glue them. Why? Because the Volvo dealership lent us $500 to get a key. We did shop around but got costs, but nothing great. We gave up for some time, took that glue gun outside, put it to work with. However, the situation was making us nervous, so we requested Alfred from Swedish automobile Tech to get a reference. He told us to try Lock Solutions. And we did, we stopped by yesterday afternoon.
We got there on time and the expert was waiting for us (always a good sign!) . He was also very pleasant, provided to inspect the keys, see whether he could save the chip and save more money. And he did, so we paid $90 to receive one key made. We chose to take advantage of experience and his abilities and receive one more key. We appreciated his talent, since a deal was cutting he was fast, fine and good and not give them business? Everything was done in half an hour. Work saved us a lot of cash. While everyone was fine and pleasant.
There is a parking lot, however, watch out, everyone drives kinda fast in and out of the area.
I appreciate everyone at Lock Option. Because we know nothing about keys us could have charged more, however save money and they chose to be honest and put the customer first. So rare nowadays. For anything key associated, locksmith to the house, cars, etc.. I would visit Lock Option in another second. I'm still astounded by their excellent services!

Soooooooo happy with the service. Lock Solutions dispatched Steven once I finally decided what I needed to perform. As I'm a little tight on cash I had a ton of questions. Dealer wanted 450 225, for a secret to program it, another 95 to do a laser cut.
I saved a lot of cash and fulfilled a pair of friends that I will take my company also.
I made a appointment with Lock Solutions and they programmed the key within minutes, for example, laser cut of the sterile key I purchased.

Fantastic customer service and immediate replies to Yelp queries. Ronnie and Ben helped me with programming a Nissan key fob, they were very informative and got the job done in 10 mins at an Excellent price (way cheaper than dealership)

Neri and his helper, Ronnie, were very friendly. They walked us through whatever talking pricing before anything was done. They explained the pricing again did a walk through with my family to be sure all keys worked and itemized. The price was very reasonable; also they gave us a deal given that there was an unanticipated picking at the charge to the side gates. I had a coupon deal on the website that assisted with the cost. They came at the time completed and anticipated the job within an hour as talked to rekey 7 locks. Definitely recommend!
After getting 8 quotes from other locksmith areas in the area, this company was the only one that responded with more information (prices, labor) I had to know in a timely manner. Though their prices were pretty like other businesses, other businesses required back and on questioning with vague answers. For all these reasons, I chose Lock Solutions!

Neri from Lock Solutions INC is a person that is super and an absolute pro. I been calling around couple Lock areas for quotes and I transferred into a codominium in Sylmar and discovered the prices through Lock Solutions. ($20 per key hole!!!!!)
Neri came through scheduled and got to work. He even hooked up it using 3 extra keys on top of the two ones. Needless to say I'll be calling Neri to our residential and business lock & key requirements and I highly recommend you do too if you are in the area!

Ben and Larry Would Be the best! Thank you for going above and beyond. The shell began breaking on my primary and dropped and they fixed it. My valet key was not working to drive the automobile - it was reprogrammed by the gentlemen. Finally - the Lexus back didn't automatically open and Larry helped me do some research to fix the back of the automobile. They are keen to try offer advice and to help! Companies were contacted by me and Lock Solutions was also the most reasonably priced and the quickest to respond. Steven, my technician, was at my home within 1 hour. He finished the job quickly and was friendly, professional. I would highly suggest this enterprise!

As he went neri rekeyed our doors in a few minutes and came out in a couple of hours, explained everything, and was so professional and friendly.
I called a few places to compare costs and when I spoke with somebody (Larry, I think ) in Lock Solutions I knew right away I'd go together. He had been suggesting an proper solution and knowledgable about the tech. Rather than simply quoting a price, he went above and beyond in customer service.
