Fantastic support. I needed a standard key along with a deadbolt key. I had a conversation with the man and had been in and out over 10 minutes! The deadlock was more expensive at $20 along with the standard key a 3.
If you're not careful, it's a super tiny shop up, easy to miss.

GREAT SERVICE!! I had for my boss and everything was taken care of within 10 minutes, last minute was created by keys. Located in midtown, and lovely supporting a small business/shop instead of a business. I didn't. Definitely would not have received the fast and kind service. I must note that you'll have to go up the flight of stairs make a left, right then make an immediate left.

Outstanding customer support!!! Copied a lock essential in about 5 minutes while I appreciated a talk. I'd certainly do business with them again. If you are a walker follow the sign to the store as you might miss it.

Could be a little hard to find if you are not currently paying attention. The shop front is not right on 47th, rather in the"street" at 27 West 47th.

Very little shop near Rockefeller Center (it can easily be missed as it stays behind a storefront). Walked into make a replica of a"Mul-T-Lock" Crucial and was out in about five minutes. Although a little pricier ($20 for its duplicate) - The locksmith was friendly and fast. I will definitely be using this place.

Stay away! Later installing locks, Following a month I had to fix it and asked them to come. They've never showed up after calling them 10 times. Ended up changing the locks.
