I had an issue with a lock. Stuck, we called a locksmith. After 45 minutes the locksmith arrived... without his tools.
Among the worst companies I have ever dealt with.
Terrible business, people that are dumb.

After another 45 minutes for the man to go get bolt cutters and then return... I could have walked to Home Depot, buy bolt cutters and be carried out.
This company does not deserve a 1 star rating. This company is a Rip Off. Plus, they are liars. My card billed and that I didn't get a receipt. They were paid by me and 4 hours later I'm still trying to get into my automobile. I am calling also my bank and the BBB. Save your money. These folks are THIEVES!!!!!!! Do not use Star Locksmith.
Wow, just feel like I got a bait and switch. Got a flyer in the mail, needed 2 locks re-keyed. Called this number and agreed about the price on the flyer. Establish an appointment for the next day. They never revealed. Called after 90 mins late, they sent a man out, fine kid, did the job at 10 mins. Great work but charged me double what has been agreed upon. Subsequently had me write a check out and obtained a receipt by a 3rd firm. Not happy.
I cannot believe the poor quality of service I have received from this company. I wanted somebody to come out and had locked my keys in the car and unlock it. I called this company and they stated it'd be 20 minutes for somebody. 30 minutes later I receive a call from the man saying he's on his way, like wait you weren't before? I inquired how long it would be he said 20 minutes. After another 30 minutes I called asking where he had been and the dispatcher sounded surprised like no one came? He said he'd call the man and I was called by the man and quoted me 20 minutes. ANOTHER 30 minutes goes by and nobody shows up I tried to call the dispatcher and he lets it go to voicemail 3 times before he replies with a"Hold please" and before I can protest places me on hold. Now I left them a voicemail saying that I wish to cancel my request and had been officially over it. If you don't really feel like waiting around all day while those men jerk you around don't use this service.
