Arthur was great! He arrived after he said he would, and also saved us some money. In addition, he changed another lock made sure everything was put, and answered all of our questions until he left.

We headed outside and closed the door behind us, forgetting it was locked. We messaged Sullivan locksmith while and he put us in touch with Arthur. From there we could coordinate our days arriving home and Arthur was waiting .
He was very respectful, fast to open the doorway and in 5 minutes had a new lock. Great service Good company, and Arthur is a superb technician.

Do not you hate it else they come late or if you put up an appointment with a time slot that is certain to receive a service and they don't show up? Fret not -- you won't have that problem with Sullivan Locksmith.
I discovered Sullivan Locksmith from Yelp, delivered a message and managed to make them come out less than 24 hours. They had the best price compared to the quotes I had gotten. Arthur arrived 30 minutes before our agreed upon time and changed my locks in a really efficient method. He was easy and quite friendly to work with. I would recommend him to anybody who needs any locksmith services and was really pleased with his job.

I needed an elevator key duplicated and this was the only place in the area that had elevator blanks. When they cut the key they warned me that it might not work because of the intricacy of elevator locks, but they said I could bring it back when it did not. The key did not work but they made a few alterations and I brought it back in addition to cut a new key. If the keys didn't work the keys file on site for no extra charge and they could come they said. The keys functioned so there wasn't any demand for a visit but I was appreciative of the deal. And in the end I had two keys that are ! Very professional and fast service. And that I liked learning about elevator locks from the procedure haha

As I was house-sitting one evening, whenever the key to the door of my friend's apartment jammed doug came to help me out. He did a great job replacing the lock and was polite, professional. Highly recommend!

Was walking down Church street when I walked into this place to create a copy of my primary.... I know its crazy to be so enthusiastic about a key location... but these guys are the best.

We all know how sketchy NY is. I do not take any chances Though this neighborhood is mainly upscale, being from Brooklyn. I ended up which was the locksmith near me and got locked out of my brand new Soho apartment. As soon as I arrived I was greeted immediately and the owner and his son were both trying to assist me. The customer service couldn't have been better from the get go. The owner came to my apartment and opened my lock. He had been considerate, kind, and most of all very reasonably priced. His services to anyone in New York or her I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Knowledgable that is strong lock smith. Fair prices. Very professional. For any lock smith needs for sure Arthur will be always called by me first.

I had a poor experience with them. It involved receiving and scheduling an appointment. After posting a 2 star review so I am raising the inspection to 3 36, I did receive a call and attempt to send over someone new for an estimate. Apparently the awful service linked they had farmed the work out to.

I used this place few times to make keys and bought a lock. It does the job although not bad it's a whole in the wall. Perhaps not the most friendly service bit not a major thing. A little on the pricey side.

My keys were duplicated in under five minutes and they were identical in appearance and feel - quite pleasantly surprised by this (thanks, Arthur!) .
I discovered Sullivan Locksmith after phoning 4 locksmiths around my location for quotations and turnaround time, and I am so glad I moved with Sullivan. They not only responded quickly to my inquiry, they provided customer support and quoted the most aggressive cost.
The best part - when I attempted the keys they worked perfectly. They function better than the keys from the previous locks. AMAZING! 100% recommend.

The man (didn't get his name) came in 20 mins. Told me that because wasn't turning had to break its lock. Quoted me. Told him to not to perform the job because I can't manage that (on verge of tears but not sure if he is noticed). He telephoned his company and reduced it to $310.
Fast forward a couple of weeks, he stopped by and did exactly as mentioned. He was professional prompt and friendly. Upped the four stars to 5!
I secured myself in my bfs flat, started freaking out and called the first locksmith which came up on Yelp. NYC apartments are small along with your woman here is claustrophobic.
He broke the lock. Replaced it for a second $145. Opened the doorway. Helped fix the doorknob but urge to change entire plate with new mechanics; that is charged so tough no on by extra $ $ $. In addition, he fixed the door knob that was the reason why I got locked ; it didn't turn. He explained that he was fixing it for free as if it was a prefer...I mean if he didn't mend it I'd only get locked in again so that I didn't appreciate his comment but I am thankful. Entire job took approximately one hour. Total $455, my bank accounts and soul is yelling. Left quite a wreck out and inside of the doorway.
****UPDATE
3 hours after posting my yelp review, Arthur price and achieved to remove my photograph of the services. He stated that he didn't enjoy his misspelled words and his worker's penmanship when prompt for an explanation. He offered to refund me $65 for the support charge, to change my plate at no cost if necessary and to talk to Management. Pretty sure yelp's terms are violated by this but sounds great to me!

If I could give 100 stars, I really would. Arthur was hands down the most professional person I met. Super genuine, responsive, and extremely efficient. I predicted later hours so that I got rerouted to another individual who did the locks (not affiliated straight to them). The lock was not really fixable so they did a workaround and Arthur came back a few days to do it.

1 doorway...$910...I'm sorry, but that's insane. Never again.
This was not a good experience for me personally. They were dreadful. Nice guys but very awful. May have been a bad day for them but they did NOTHING to make matters right at the conclusion. No apology. No nothing.
I was having a lock changed on an apartment. Really job. They showed up 2 hours late, then set up the lock so when we stepped outside to the hall to try it out. . .we ALL got locked out of this flat. The man had to phone a co-worker to come over and split back us in (how reassuring ) It was totally ridiculous.
. .at least I thought they would make it up by supplying some type of coupon apology or reduction because of trouble & my time. NOPE. Rather they billed me 910!!

Down the quickest and best maker I have ever been to!
The vital maker also discovered that one of my existing keys was a brittle aluminium copy. He advised me not to use it (if it breaks in my lock) and made me a sturdier one at no cost.
Made a new set of keys for my own flat in about a minute and they all work perfectly.
Best in the business!

Arthur is wonderful. Super extremely knowledgeable, responsive and very trustworthy. He had been the only one that got back to me on a Sunday once I reach out to several locksmiths for support. He helped resolve it and identified my lock problem quickly but very methodically. The problem was not exactly what I thought it had been however Arthur remained professional and helped me. He is good: knows his stuff, pleasant and exceptionally professional. Look no further if you are searching for help with your lock issues. Great price and service!!

Arthur was quickly to respond both on in-person and the telephone. He had been helpful in figuring out what we worked had to put in our August smart lock and was cheap. A service - would recommend.

Arthur in Sullivan Locksmith is fantastic! He has been employed by me more than once and he is the best. He gets the job done, is prompt and has stuck into the cost he quotes. I am quite particular and I would not call anybody else. I strongly recommend him - don't waste time searching for anyone.

Arthur did a superb job! My keys kept sticking to my lock and I was worried that it'd get stuck so I decided to get my locks 33, and I would be locked out. I messaged a couple of rated Locksmiths on Arthur and Yelp was the one that listened to my difficulty and suggested that I change these locks instead of the lock hardware's cylinders when the locks worked fine. It was more economical for me and I appreciated his honesty I would have spent money changing perfectly great locks and wouldn't have understood! Just to highlight he's - he changed two lock cylinders and he made them and their keys colors that I know which keys move where. Definitely somebody who takes pride in his work and wants to help his customers. I 100% recommend!
