Zebra Lock and Security

I am a person that's diligent and comprehensive when purchasing and exploring online. So when I came across Zebra Lock & Security I had been hoping for the best. I read their reviews and they provided exactly what I looked for.
Because I needed a spare key for 18, I also got to talk to Lauren at their office. I gave her my information and she had Sammy deliver it to mepersonally, since they made an error in shipping it. So, I'm basically getting another key that is free. If I don't obtain the extra key in the email to let them know and they will work with me on something, sammy told me. This company is courteous and accountable. I am genuinely pleased with their support as a whole, and excited about working with them later on... Maybe having them install another security components.
Sammy called me an hour before the appointment to notify me that he had been on his way. He was kind. He provided all the choices he'd available to me. I finally chose the large end MultiLock because hey... Family is priceless and that I wanted to feel secure. As far as price?! Sammy reduced the price to a reasonable quantity and provided the Yelp discount deal that's offered here to me. I am a firm believer in"you get what you pay for". He had been informative and cleaned up after himself. I needed an additional set of duplicates and they were sent by him next day. These MultiLock keys aren't cheap.
I recently moved and that I needed to have all the door locks. Mind you it's December. I called and spoke to Sammy. The name of Sammy was discovered by me in the majority of the testimonials, and I know why. This guy was accessible on Christmas morning! I wasn't expecting that. Like he offered, I mean, and that I had been going to be home anyway.

Shlomi is the ideal. He's organized for work to be carried out in my businesses and my house. Working with him is such a pleasure. He is honest, affectionate, and stands behind his job with integrity. I've never had a better experience with any additional locksmith, and quite frankly with any small business span. Highly suggested.

These guys are great! I was impressed with their general ability, and their level of communication and professionalism and experience. I had several things and there were no issues. When needed, I will use Zebra's services. Thank you!

This review is long overdue. I called three areas for quotation and they were the cheapest. The quotation was very details - recorded how much each item were charged (I dropped my keys and needed a couple of locks to shifted ). It's clear because of rush hour traffic and the time looking for parking within my area although tech did not arrived on time.

If the anxieties that we have about contractors were compressed into one thing, it would be Zebra Lock and Security. By anxieties I mean excessive untimeliness that the fear of poor quality of work, and also the fear of getting ripped away. Zebra is the typical contractor in this sense and you'll have to endure through all of these. I had a new door. The work is sloppy, I don't know whether to drowned in my own disappointment or phone the Museum of Modern Art to see if they want to feature it in their artwork section that is abstract. One time when I was younger I had been robbed on the road in that and Manhattan was still. With zebra I will have to pay with a contractor that is real to scrap and update the whole thing. A lot of people were apparently pleased with their work with a 4.5 star Yelp score. Great for you . I wish I could say the same and had been among you guys. My recommendation would be to stay away. That stress when you pick up the phone to call a contractor, you get, this is the contractor that places that anxiety there. Think about that. However you can give them a call if you happen to need a door which resembles a 2 year old toddler installed it. Be sure that you have ample vacation days in the office because the amount of missed appointments and latenesses you'll all experience, your vacation days from work is going to be spent at home rescheduling a missed appointment with zebra. You are able to do better, if you're reading this, continue looking for a contractor.

Zebra locksmith came on time and Sammy was professional. He took the time to fully answer all of my questions concerning a high security door lock - the MT5. Initially, I had been'certain' I wanted a Medeco restricted key lock, however, after I had been explained the mechanics of the MT5 lock, I now believe this is the most secure lock available since keys can ONLY be made by mepersonally, with identification & unique card - an important factor when having tenants.

Additionally, I wanted a'sturdy' lock for the built-in wall cluster box, and a GOOD, sturdy mailbox lock was installed by Sammy. So that it would align he tweaked the email box. This new mailbox lock installed is more secure, is all metal (nothing plastic), and contains a key which won't bend as soon as it is used a few times.
Finally - I had a problem w/ a door knob as Sammy & well took the time to explain the differences and that I had the doorknob altered out as a result.

The recommendations that he made about the products left me feeling confident about the security of these fittings he changed out for me personally and were spot on. Following the trip of today, I could see why he's so highly recommended. He won't disappoint.
In summary - Sammy was very attentive to my many queries left no wreck, and unequivocally, I would highly recommend him since he's the consummate professional, if you need an excellent locksmith.

Sammy came to remove the lock that was old and install the new one. Can't speak high enough about Sammy. He was very nice and very professional.
After moving into a new location I needed a door lock change. Zebra thru Google was discovered by me and gave them a telephone. They came the same day and were not on time. . .they were EARLY, that was fantastic!

Excellent firm. Very kind and reliable, said they would arrive before 3pm arrived in at 1pm. We had some complication with our doorway and Due to the fact our doorway was custom created, Instead of attempting to fixing the doorway and just get paid and leave. He was quite honest and gave us options to solve the issue. He'd informed us it would finally be broken within a couple of months or if he had been to just put the same lock back on. So he said he was look around for the lock but can not make any promises since is a custom if he can discover the same one. We appreciated his honesty and kind hearted to go out of the way to look for the lock. This wasn't the first time we had used this company, we had called a couple of years back and did an incredible job. Thank you for your providers!!

Fantastic customer services. Sammy was very professional and Danny the tech. Was super knowledgeable. Work was done exactly the day with good ability and quality. Called 48 hrs later because my wife locked herself out and they arrived in 15 min. Prices are great. We purchased a brand new house. We could not be more happy and discovered Zebra after phoning several locksmiths. They changed the locks in our property. Hung doors to hung window gates for security and building codes. Work appears terrific. We chose Zebra due to prices and there experience. Deciding on a locksmith can be due to the undesirable ones for ripping off people, giving the industry a bad reputation, but you have nothing to be concerned about with Zebra. Life long customer. And they're now working in my Small business gates, doors and locks.

Our roll gate broke. Called them. Minutes gave a quote and came. Day and fixed. Great company to manage. Highly suggested.

Wow, can't say enough about this service. This is professionalism. The locksmith showed up was efficient, fast, and super friendly - as was the man I spoke to on the telephone. I called about 7 or 8 locksmiths now, and most of these were charging prices which were street robbery! Don't waste your own time, but rather call Zebra immediately. The cost of this work was half of what a few of the others wanted to charge!!! I think the quote I received was 20 more. Most locksmiths will make the most of your need. Look no further!

Sammy called me back right away and showed up when he said he would. I informed him I thought my lock required to be replaced and he explained that he could make a fix. He was very respectful and nice.

After waiting about 10 minutes night, they called back to say about coming to help, that they change their thoughts. Initially they said 20 minute wait. While I had been about 5 minutes by their stated office address, their tech was dwelling and too far away! Needed to arrange for another locksmith and had to wait some more! Who wants Zebra when you cannot rely on 24/7 support????

They were quick, dependable, nice to address and inexpensive! I would certainly use them again.

I waited over 30 minutes Astoria, Queens for assistance to arrive. The contractor was quick and efficient. He'd a comprehensive check to verify that I lived in the flat before he went to work, and I was back inside. An excellent experience. Should I be unlucky enough to lock myself out of my flat I know who to call.

Fantastic firm. Called them in Tuesday to update my entrance door lock, they had been available that day however I chose a Thursday appointment. The locksmith called to inform me he was on his way. He was on time, efficient and cleaned up after himself. The price was slightly more than what was quoted on the telephone. But they did a good job.
