Desired a lock switched out (dropped my keys). Called about 9pm. Guy was there in 15-20 minutes. Put in about 20 minutes, tried it a few times to make sure it worked great, had me try it several times, gave several keys to me, made sure all functioned. Provided me with two tools in case anything loosened up. (it didn't). He spent 5 minutes searching for the correct size screws and moved to his truck when I told him I needed screws for another lock I had. Has great skills and a gentleman! When I need a locksmith I'll call him again.
