Service, very courteous and punctual. Would highly recommend in a pinch! I arrived through yelp to the company and they had been the first ones to understand that the crisis I came into the rescue and had been in! Was pleased with the experience and would use them anytime I'm in need!
So that I offered to help by calling a locksmith my neighbor was locked out. We predicted and the guy arrived 45 minutes later (25 mins later than they said he would). He was courteous but not a trained locksmith. He was trained in drilling outside tanks and replacing them (which is quite expensive ). If he were trained (yes, I know someone who did the whole apprenticeship and is trained but not in NYC) he could've chosen the lock for approximately 30 minutes worth of service. He essentially admitted he was not a trained locksmith, when I called the guy on it, but he did know how to replace a cylinder for $200. Instead, a window was broken to by another neighbor!
Somebody charge you a great deal of money for a new cylinder and will come if you are desperate. But I think you are better off looking and putting their number in your phone in the event of a emergency lock out afterwards.
