Owner is patient and extremely professional. Price is fair. I had experience. They replaced my car keys batteries and found the lock I desired. They have tons of inventory. You have a chance to locate what you need than another locksmiths. I'd say it is the best location for keys and locks in my neighborhood.

This place costs me time and 10 times the money than purchasing a car key in the dealer. I discovered something wrong when a 30 minute job turned to a 3 hour job. That has been 10/5 it and that I do not have my car.
Instead of paying 200 on a key in the dealer. It is now 2500 in costs accrued. Renting a car and the dealer billing me for fresh keys and a immobilizer. I believe my lesson has been learned.

Everybody was fine, and enlightening. The service was quick and every key worked.

It can be extremely difficult to find somebody who can plan a smart key system and the ones that do charge an arm and a leg. If you visit a trader expect to pay tens of thousands of dollars. I called a few traders and toyota needed something like $500 to make a copy of my key and they quoted me only! I'm so thankful that I found this place because they did it less. The price was fantastic and the procedure to make a copy of my key was fast and painless and they could schedule a sterile key fob I had bought elsewhere which was a plus! I'll definitely be back if I need reprogramming of a key that is smart!

Professional and Quick. Danny was good! Had an issue with the door knob. Knob broke along with the crucial wasnt latching about the lock. I literally got locked out of the apartment. I managed to get back in by playing with the key. Danny and this company followed me the following day. Got lock and this old crappy knob changed into a new system. I feel sound and safe and the door behaves like a doorway.

Mike was quick in getting to my home without damaging it, and opening the lock. He was professional and capable.

I bought a car with only a key after which I bought 2 keys off. I took my car and keys to Safehouse Locksmith & Hardware to reset the ECU and app my set of keys so that I can open and start the car.
I was approached by Marion, who advised me that the job went to be completed in about ten minutes and to get an affordable price. On the keys cut , then went to program everything, even though it took us a little longer than 10 minutes due to the way my car process is set up the task was complete without any hiccups and that he made the process look easy. I am quite satisfied, I'll bring my girlfriend keys here to be cut and programmed . I would definitely recommend this place.

The key got stuck inside the hole once I left my house to head to work. I tried all solutions which didn't do the job and found online. I discovered this on Yelp and made a telephone. A man who answered the telephone told me a lock man will be in an hour. The lock man came five minutes. I believe it was totally acceptable considering jobs are received by them .
Additionally, I was given a telephone to follow up the ceremony by the man from Safehouse.
The support is good and expensive. I'm very happy what I get. I am able to leave my house and now to worry anything.
Because there was something not right when the lock man installed he ended in about 20 minutes. Everything was repaired by him.
He came and took a look and explained to me that the cylinder need to be replaced. He texted someone. I guess it was someone from Safehouse. He explained to me that would cost $160 for $140 or the identical manufacturer for the next line of merchandise in the same brand. Obviously I stick with original. He then explained that he needed to get a lock and his tool box. When he came back, he asked me if I wish to replace the lock that price $225 and received a text message. Why can I pay? I told him replace the cylinder would do. He began the work and seemed to agree.

Owner called me apologize and to explain with one of their third party sellers that occasionally manages their overflow for a mixup - . Their vendor Harry (I believe) who pushes a red minivan, who's no longer working together, is a complete nightmare and should be avoided.

Charged me $125 to control a lock's cylinder, they're money hungry at customers' expense

Mike is a mogul. My fiancé has been frantically looking for them and lost her car keys. We had a storm the day before to make things worst. I reached out to Mike via yelp and he had been responsive. Made the key, drove out to send it and also gave us an additional one on the house.

I would say I am happy with Safehouse. I asked a quote on Mike and Yelp reacted fast. His costs were honest and he had been very accommodating to my own schedule. I took 1 star off because the locksmith Daniel showed up to my appointment that is 6pm later calling and affirming me he had been on his way. He called me he had been operating 20 mins late because of traffic. Okay fine. No one showed up until almost 7. I called Mike at the shop and he had been amazed. Daniel showed up and spent an hour replacing my own lock. Everything was fine, and Mike even followed up with a phone call to be sure everything is functioning to my expectations. I would use them again if I ever need a locksmith.

Had a lock and was locked out of the flat. Eli managed to substitute my lock and arrived. In addition, he answered my queries. Professional service especially for the evening.

This man is great! We got locked out of our flat and that he rescued us! Called another locksmith and they were going to bill us an outrageous cost but Safehouse was very reasonable! Mike was very fast to get us back and very fast to arrive. Highly recommend Safehouse . Will 100% only utilize Safehouse from this point forward!

There was an issue with one that link with the mortise thus the tech had to return another time although there was A tech sent.
After a week of trying the get the correct part, Safehouse phoned me to inform me it was likely the issue with the mortise lock would be fixed and that the part had come.
I phoned Safehouse Locksmith in order to replace an original mortise cylinder which stuck.
Leave your headaches behind and allow the folks that are professional to be responsible for situation. It'll be money and tons of headaches.
I asked for a Multilock cylinder BUT to many, there are the tech showed me.
The tech place the cylinder to find out the CAM mechanism that was back was somewhat off and came. He took a bagful of Multilock CAM parts along with the one. After the mechanism was placed, it the function was fantastic.

Service was ideal --fast, cheap. I forgot my keys and a brief time later someone came to offer me a fresh set.

Lost my secret to my storage unit and needed help quickly. The gentleman on the phone gave a good quote to appear and get me the lock. Not just that but they arrived in 20 mins to rescue me from the day blues! Thanks so far!
