Wow, this place has the worst support. They came into my mother's home. They left with one's tumbler to'fix' it and it has been days. They should have just replaced the lock finished the job. I wish we had never contacted them.
The trip charge was fair and expected, but the"labor" took 10 minutes & my 14 year old granddaughter told him how to catch the keys once he had been struggling to unlock the latch. Labor charge was $140 for 10 minutes! That is $840 an hour... Not reasonable or fair in my opinion.
Chris unlocked our car last night at Little Anthony's Diner at 5:00 PM. The telephone quote was $29 trip charge labor.
