Ray supplied me, re-keyed the lock and responded instantly.
Fast, professional and reasonably priced, so I highly recommend him.
Because a buddy of mine had recommended him, I lost my keys yesterday to my condo in Watertown and called R F .

Ray was prompt in his reply on a Sunday morning. Altered the cylinder and re-keyed my locks very quickly. Was a pleasure.

Ray was amazing. We locked the keys inside our car in Boston on a Friday evening. Ray has been the quickest most easy to interact with and to respond upon sending multiple quote inquires on Yelp. It took less than 10 mins to him to open the doorway and the price was reasonable. One thing to note is that it's cash only, which isn't a problem. We went into the ATM.

How can you can assert this isn't"how your organization operates" if"RF" stands for"Ray Feuerstein" ie Ray, the proprietor of this organization? That's the typical method of doing business, if the owner of the provider pulls this, that isn't a fluke. Charging $1000 for shoddy job and 3 utilized locks was taking advantage of a customer. (And I've read your comments on other reviews where you assert your ceremony fee is $75 plus $50-75/lock, I know that you're gouging us charging us $1000 cash for 3 doors, using USED hardware all the time claiming you're giving us a"reduction"--a few reduction!!)

My door knob broke off 1 day. The handle came off, which was that. Suddenly I had no way to lock my door. I called about, and nobody had any availability for days. This was on a Thursday. I scheduled an appointment, and conditionally accepted my destiny.
He answered all my questions during our call. I took pictures of the door and he gave me his professional opinion. Though it was outside of normal business hours, he took his time to help me negotiate a price, make a decision, and set a time.
I refused to take it was time to hide my children, hide my wives because there is a front door greater protection than NIMBYism and sit on the porch with a shotgun. There are plenty of skilled tradesmen in the area that a one should have been able to fit me in. I kept calling, and asking questions to find a way to secure my flat. On Sunday afternoon I discovered Ray.
If you require services, give Ray a call. In a universe of tradesmen and contractors, he is unquestionably one of the guys that are good.
If he had the components he was even willing to come out that same day. However we needed to await the supply shop to start on Monday, and he was at my front door bright and early on Monday morning to repair my lock and knob. He adjusted the way my door hangs so it was helpful and joyful the entire time, and fit into its framework .

He also fixed a problem. Everything was fixed by him the exact same day. In regards to details I'm a little OCPD and it can be appreciated by me in other people. I appreciated his degree of detail.

Ray is helpful. I am in a rush this afternoon but left my key. So I could not get in the door. I searched the locksmith! It my luck that I called him. Unfortunately he was not in town at the instant! But instead of telling me he was not available he approached another buddy tech to help me out. While just a little bit ran he kept track of this process and was always helping phoning the person. Definitely suggested. Quick respond! Great service! Number 1 choice when you are in the emergency situation like me.

I just like to mention that I had a significant issue with my building locks, I called Ray at RF Locks in Brookline and he had been so fast to react and took care of the BIG issue I had(no need to go to particulars ) He was fantastic fast problem solver, he's very highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!

After getting my name he asked me what price I was looking for. Iwas surprised because I had no clue what had been ballpark and've never worked with a locksmith. I pulled out,"$50?" To which he laughed loudly and said,"I can't assist you."
I won't even TRY to operate with these men later on. I expected to have a conversation but I suppose they have too much company to bother being polite!

Offended by my amazingly rude experience with these people! I locked myself outside of my flat and called requesting a quote. They had been the best rated in my area, and so I tried them first, thinking it'd be a sure thing.

Ray was very prompt, professional and gave a fantastic bargain with no damage to the doorway. I have a Medico security lock that is not so simple to make it through. I would not hesitate to use him again!

We were locked out of the apartment. Door knob wasn't accepting the key for lock and unlock. We had no choice but to call locksmith to gain entry. Called RF locks and Spoked into Ray and he was here in less than 10 mins and did amazing job and we got accessibility fairly easily. He's highly urge!!! Thank you Ray...

I again had occasion to utilize Ray in RF Locks again (see previous 5-star review) and again he did great work with excellent service. The deadbolt on front door had come from poorly-fitting keys and a toddler jiggling at it all the time, probably from multiple places. I'd expected to replace both the deadbolt and get new keys (which could have meant doing the back door too), but Ray explained our existing lock and keys (MulTlock, that can be next to impossible to replicate ) were high quality and protected and it might cost much to replace something comparable. Rather, he took the lock apart, cleaned and fixed everything, and reinstalled it, and the lock looks and works just like the keys and new turn.

I suggest RF Locks! It was Super Bowl Sunday and I was impressed at how quickly they responded and mended my lock anticipated!

Ray was very responsive, and he rearranged his schedule to come later that day once I called to see if he would come by before, even though we had an appointment the following morning. I had it working better than ever and had a dysfunctional lock my door and ray expertly fixed the problems. Price is very reasonable and I didn't need to replace whatever. Highly recommend!

Ray came out immediately and mended my lock and fixed a issue with my doorway.

I called and was surprised that he was able to come within a few hours. In addition, he saved cash by telling me that I did not have to replace the lock, just to have it re-keyed. (I did not know that was possible) He did it cleaned up later. I'd recommend him and use him .

I had a terrific experience. I am moving into an older house which had a bunch of older, locks that are catchy and wished to get them rekeyed and/ or substituted. I was able to set up an appointment with Ray in two days of calling him, and he was able to come perform the full task . Ray did a great job taking care of a variety of old and difficult locks, and was easy to communicate with, conscientious of the own time and money. I would work later on with him!
