I arrived back from a business trip in December to locate a lock on my front door. Any time that I left the house I'd need to maintain my key on me at all 24, the door locked behind me. I got fed up with this and attempted to correct the lock myself. Employed WD40, reassembled it after cleanup and took the entire meeting off. That made it even worse. I then could not exit through the door at alllocking myself at the home. I phoned Alpha Locksmith on a Tuesday at 6:30 and talked briefly. Rick came out the following morning (he had been a bit late after working a crisis occupation ) and verified my front lock was totally busted. He discussed options with me for a replacement. Due to the neighborhood I live in and being on a first-floor unit I had been really concerned about security. He suggested a keypad and reviewed what it would look like and talked about handle fashion choices. He went to the distributor, picked up a couple he thought would look good and came back. He took additional time to go over with me the various combination settings to add, edit and modify codes would do the job and installed the lock quickly. The cost for materials and labor I thought was totally honest, given how long Rick had spent on this endeavor taking time also for a higher quality entry. Overall I was happy with the professionalism of the technician, this job, the communicating with/responsiveness of the company and the suggestions. I would definitely recommend giving your business to this company.

Brandon was a joy when I locked my keys in my vehicle to possess rescue me. Very nice and came in a timely way.

The staff is knowledgeable and professional. Upon arrival the staff was prepared to accommodate last minute request for a different type of lock according to our needs. The staff examined and demonstrated the functioning of the completed work. I would highly recommend this company, they're very reliable.

With some luck, I won't need to call Alpha --however if you happen to be locked out and barefoot and studying this, esp on a Sunday night, give Alpha a call.

When attempting to pick the lock myself using nothing but a splintered piece of wood and a twist which I discovered in the cellar predictably failed, I sucked it up and went to go irritate my awesome neighbors--that (thankfully!) Were that employed Yelp to find Alpha Mobile Locksmiths for me, and house.
It took a while to assign me a locksmith, but once they did, time was made by Milton to our construction & took alongside no * time getting me back to my flat. He was really nice, and the cost was extremely affordable.

The technicians eliminated my deadbolt that was broken in less than ten minutes into my door. I didn't expect to listen to $ 270 to remove the deadbolt although the deadbolt necessitated a drill that I had been told was a service. I opted to go along with the cost since I did not call others for estimates. I made while the service was effective the technicians were three hours late to the appointment. Before phoning alpha I recommend for others to check.

I spoke to a girl from the beginning, she was very rude!!
He screamed at me that I can find someone to do the job.
After the locksmith me personally and that I really don't like the purchase price. Why did I canceled the service they called me in the office and ask. I explained that it is too pricey. He ask? I told him exactly what other people offer me.
Since I don't need to purchase everything people offer me, you can be pricey I don't complain about that.

Concerning pricing & service, Alpha Mobile is superb. They got me a key, and gave a great deal to me. Suffice to say this is a fantastic company, and should itself be repeated by this unfortunate situation, I will certainly be calling them again
Losing your keys is the worst! Particularly when you are in the middle of exams weeks...
They really forgot to call me back for an whole day, and generally the communications felt less than ideal. Anyways, not a massive deal, nevertheless a fantastic service and I am sure it was a mistake that is random. I'm just happy to be driving my car. Never thought this day would come, but it did...
Getting locked out of your car stinks! Had no idea who to call, so I seemed to Yelp and up came Alpha Mobile Locksmith. A man by the name of Nick picked up the phone and came out to me . The day he came in timely fashion and saved. The price was pretty reasonable, although never used a locksmith before.

It's the second time that I've had to use Alpha. They are responsive and quick. Their tech, Chris, came in 30 minutes. The secret that had broken off in our lock was fixed by him and gave us different alternatives for a long term fix.

Yesterday was Memorial Day and that I spent most of the day washing and waxing our sailboat. I was exhausted and heading for home when I discovered that she had been locked inside her apartment! hoping that my key would make it feasible to unlock the door from the exterior, I went, but NO, I could hear that the deadbolt moving but the secret had no result. I obtained a recording and named the locksmith I had recently used. CLOSED for Memorial Day. Then I got a call from Nick. I informed him what went on and he said he'd meet me in 45 minutes. He was really reassuring and had been a few minutes. Then he began dealing with the heavily constructed deadbolt. It was a nightmare, and our tenant was trapped inside her own flat. He ended up needing to cut through part of the doorway and used up at least four drillbits. He got the door open despite the toughness of both door and lockbegan working on replacing the locks. He had been more tired than I had been by then, and had missed his family cookout. But he was patient and his work quality was superb! He had to replace both the deadbolt AND the door handle lock set! After he was finished that the doorway looked GREAT, and we had matching keys for the door. He tested it and we tested it, and it all worked wonderfully. I can not recommend him highly enough!

I discovered through a friend about this business. Very nice owner. I had been locked out of my vehicle, after a person vandalized it, and broke the tumbler. He managed to repair it and even cut me a few new home keys on the place!

Everything went as planned except it took the Ford key a few minutes more to get programming. I offered to pay while we waited to get this and he was hesitant before he knew that he was successful to bill me.
I called AAA and they joined me with a locksmith that quoted me $420 with a 2-3 hour timeframe. While waiting called Alpha to find out what they had to provide. I was dubious due to nothing but good reviews.
I discovered that I had lost my car keys along the way and came home at Logan airport after a week of travel. Living in Plymouth I moved home to catch my spare to come back in the morning and grabbed a Hertz rental. As I got home my son told me he had lost the only key for his car as well!
Their answering service left much to be desired but after navigating that Gage called me back. I explained the situation and he explained he was not certain he would check and get back to me although if he had a key that was matching. He quoted $225 to emerge if he had a blank and do it.
After entering the car he would cut and schedule and he revealed, explained how he would do the job, cut a test key for the door a secret.
The key worked Following the downloading finished.
He called back and stated he was on the way and had a secret.

I had to call a locksmith again because our keys stuck into our lock and had been locked out about a month ago. I dreaded the cost but ultimately was glad I called Alpha Mobile. They're courteous, professional, and fair. I appreciated the explanation about what was wrong with the lock and the fix. I would certainly recommend them!

By putting superglue within 11, A weirdo neighbor jeopardized my lock. Thankfully, Ed from Alpha Mobile Locksmith managed to help me out fast. He had to drill the lock out and replace the whole thing. He did it immediately and effectively. Would definitely use them again.

On a Friday evening at approximately 6:30 PM I locked myself and it was a situation that was really time sensitive. I predicted Alpha and locksmith's was the individual who was able to supply what a quick and business ETA. Since it was a situation that I might have avoided and my fault, I didn't mind paying the fee to get a locksmith. However if I do predict one I would expect that on a weekday evening that they would have the ability to come within a sensible quantity of time. Alpha stated they would be 10-15 minutes to me and they had been. Dmitri was friendly and patient and was able to unlock the door although it was not super easy to open. When he said he'd, he was calm and professional and most importantly came.

A few of the locks in my home were older and had to be replaced so I hunted around for a locksmith that would not totally rip off us. Their timeliness and quality of work alpha and amazed found. Would recommend to my friends and loved ones.

Locked myself night. Since I would have froze off my butt thank gosh for Alpha Mobile Locksmith! They got the work done quickly and came in a timely fashion.
