I would if I could rate this business using ZERO stars! I got locked out of my home and that I had been quoted that based on the problem of the lock and how many locks that the technician needed to work onthe service began at $65. Given that this is not a regular day scenario, '' he left it at that and I believed it was a beginning price. Little did I know that after waiting an hour for the technician to come and just unlocking ONE SIMPLE DOORKNOB, $540 bucks?!?! was being charged I called the phone number and the individual on the line reacted to my outrage that the starting price was for the technician's MILEAGE. It did not include service charges, and all kinds of costs THAT HE DID NOT SPECIFY WHEN I CALLED ORIGINALLY. When the price might spike to $500 + AS A COMPANY ESPECIALLY.
Do your self a favor and DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. IT IS A DISHONEST COMPANY THAT TAKES ADVANTAGE OF ITS CUSTOMERS. It has been.

Jacob was great. It might be a collaborative so you may or may not get himso ask specifically. The project was kinda complicated since there were 3 doors (the front, patio, and garage) and all had two locks with the same key (tho among the garage ones didn't work). It is an old home that had locks in bad state. Alsothere was a short deadline as we needed to change the locks before leaving on a trip another day to make sure a distinct person who had been previously given a key did not have access. I called about 8pm and Jacob came out via a Texas downpour, in one hour of so no less, and completed the job efficiently and very in a couple of hours, and so did not have to come back at a later moment. He set them all on one crucial as the homeowner, my auntie, desired for an affordable price and rekeyed or replaced of the locks. Totally worth the price for safety and peace of mind.
