I called this locksmith to perform a residential rekey. I gave them the address in the Kingsland area and they verified that it was within their service region.
I stay stay away for sure!
I phoned her back to let her know that the person I booked with verified my speech and that we even discussed the lock types. She said"nope, sorry, we do not service your area".
The whole shenanigan cost me a two hour round-trip for nothing and they were not even sorry that it happened. Even a pizza place can look on a map and determine where their service area is.
I tell them that I had an hour drive out of Austin the next day, to meet them there. I fought traffic to fulfill them out there and woke up. I get a call about 15 minutes prior to the appointment at 9AM out of a super impolite dispatch girl who leaves a message telling me"sorry, we do not service your area."
