I needed the locks changed after purchasing a new house. I have changed deadbolts myself but struck one which had no screws visible and after a half our of annoyance, I called a professional.

The gentleman that came out went to work, greeted me with a smile and a handshake, and was instant. Just a bit of small talk and he let me know he is a second creation locksmith, heard from his dad. He was quite proficient, reasonably priced, and very speedy. It was cheaper to get him rekey my deadbolts.

This man doesn't show. He doesn't show for appointments. I'm waiting and waiting. He was a good to get quite a while but started this season not showing. I have called him three times now from and appointment he left yesterday and no series. I won't call again. He always has an excuse. Go somewhere else Yelpers

Yesterday, I bought a car and it is a naturally it's some difficulties. It can not unlock it although Among these is that the key can turn the ignition and lock the door.
I am pissed. About an hour sat out with him split my crucial and to not fix my lock. I'm nearly in worse shape than when he arrived. He will return in 35 minutes and says he'll cut a new key from the shop. I'm sitting here wondering if never come back for whatever reason and he is just going to run off together with the key.
About an hour later he comes back and hands me the brand new key. He points to the doorway and says it works now. I'm a bit confused because I didn't think the lock was mended by him. The door was unlocked so I checked the key in the ignition and it turned nice. I shut the door and put the key in the car door and asked"it is fixed?" So I lock the door. It doesn't work, While I attempt to unlock. He asked why I did that.
I'll place this note that is positive out there. The man who appeared to be managing the tech from the telephone number that was listed got me $10 off the original price to start the vehicle. If it's possible to get a hold of another lock smith go with them.
I spoke at the amount listed on yelp to a man and he stated they could unlock cars not do any fix. I said that is fine, so until his tech arrives he explained 45 minutes. The technology was about a good 30 minutes .
All in all, terrible. This location has a great reputation but I had a lousy experience.
I inquired if I could pay by charge and it is money only (something I'd have liked to have heard in the very first call.) The tech unlocked my car quickly and then offered to correct the lock for an additional charge. I said OK and that he fiddled with my car for about 40 minutes. He then said he could not correct the lock. I said fine and I assumed he was going to put the door back together. About 10 minutes later he informs me my crucial broke.

Lower price I discovered and also the only that could fulfill within 3 hours and was quick to receive my chip crucial...

My locks are occasionally changed by me, because I frequently have tenants in my house. 702 took no longer than 10 minutes was able to come out the same day and didn't have any divide or hidden fees. I would definitely recommend 702.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. So I call they and Silver State Locksmith tell me that they can be here in fifteen minutes and just cost $75. They have been considerate and timely.
After getting locked out of my vehicle, I called this place. The dude replies the telephone with"hello" I thought because generally they'd have an introduction, I called the number that was wrong. But whatever I ask them to come get my keys that they quote me sixty five bucks and a five minute wait. Five minutes later the man calls to say he's having car trouble and is going to be twenty minutes. Fine. I tell him because I know stuff happens it is not his fault, I will wait. Thirty five minutes later at which point I have been waiting ten minutes and an hour I call. He says that his car ran out of gas and he's now seventeen minutes off than twenty but to call somebody else. Are you kidding?! Gas ran out halfway.

Scheduled an appointment for 8:00 a.m. Nowadays no one ever showed up. Called and the guy said the man's van broke down. Think about calling your clients and informing them ? Poor customer service but it's what I'm used to in Vegas.
