I looked for a locksmith for repairs/upgrades and I called around. Their are numerous respectable opponents, but Dixie had all I needed in-stock and their cost for my job order was reduced.

Please don't ever use this firm. We called to have someone come out to our enterprise and was told to email them images of the door we wanted the job on. I emailed Osiris the photos like I was requested by him to and he delivered me a fast quote. Then the issues came. The technician showed up and never told us what was going to happen, I was told the lock could suit the colour of the door and it didn't. He scratched at our aluminum door and it sticks out like a sore thumb. He eliminated our ADA deal without telling us could only put it back if we paid an additional charge to him. I called the office and spoke with Joe (who lent the occupation for Osiris based on himself) and had a 10 minute conversation at which he blamed me for not giving the entire narrative to he sales rep (that's a complete lie because I advised Osiris that the reason why we needed the lock was because the wind opens the door alone ) then Joe tells me that he'll call his technician and have him install it at no cost. Then the technician comes in and tells me Jason said it is $50 to something we never advised them to shoot down. I call and ask for Jason, that conversation continue all about 2 minutes until he hung me up and said he went to call the police for theft which I never mentioned or endanger. Then here comes the last invoice, it then what I was quoted. Tech try's to twist it and offer me some BS story about it is only a quote which was not a cost that is good. Bait and switch at its finest. Be very cautious before applying this business and shop around. I know I will not ever use them and won't ever refer them.

The folks here are rude but I don't think they're aware they come off that way. These men cared for me in a timely manner. Also, though they did not possess the key that I needed I went, they purchased one and had it ready the next day. I would recommend this location to , whoever asked me about getting a key copied or obtained locked out of their house or car.

Amazing! Tin came out into our office since we were having problems with our door attack (kept moving off when nobody was at the door) he came out quickly and was honest and effecient and told us straight forward the best way to fix our problem. He managed to save us money and from now on, if we have any difficulties, I'll definitely be calling them to come back out. You will be pleased with their service.
