Not only can I employ Eli again, I'm planning to bring him back into put in my new smart locks !
Eli was great! I appreciated his passion and enthusiasm for helping me to keep my condominium locked and secured.
Also since I purchased gutted and remodeled, the door hinge was in bad condition. Not only did Eli re-key my locks, but he made some minor repairs and built a latch that could keep the door secure - ! He gave me some great advice on what types of locks I need to choose when my remodel project is complete.

Eli could have came out to resolve this (even though it actually was rapid fix) and charged me for it. He followed up to ensure my issue was fully resolved. This also being a excellent businessman, and is the definition of going above and beyond.
Eli and Mr. Locksmith is professional and honest. Back in November of 2018, I had an issue with our flat front door's keyhole. The key needed a hard wiggles to get the key fully in and seemed to shake. I initially requested through yelp in hopes to get a quotation to get Eli come outside to check it out. After Eli and I sync up'd, he provided me recommendations how I could fix this myself over the telephone and texts. He was totally spot on by following his instructions that are clear, and I fixed the issue.

Great support from the beginning. Eli responded immediately to my request for a quote, confirming he had all the essential information in order to provide me a precise quote for my requirements (re-keying of locks to my new residence ). He answered any questions I had finished the job within one hour, came immediately for the appointment, and even gave me some very practical ideas and help with improvements for my doorway. Costs were fair (less than other quotes I received from locksmiths from the Boston region ). Highly recommend!

Eli is fantastic! We wanted a locksmith to remove the lock and had lost the keys. Eli set to do the job and came . It took a few drill bits, but he did the work quickly and (without damaging the storage unit doorway ). Responsible, professional, and a really nice guy--Eli created a frustrating situation much easier. He is recommended by me!

Eli and I hauled after I sent a notice through Yelp. Produced an appointment, showed up on time with the suitable gear. That I could use as few keys as possible. Kind to my cat, and took exactly as long as he stated he would. He is used by Certainly!

After calling him on a Wednesday, I reached out to him once we bought the smartlock. Eli said he can come to install the lock. For him arriving on Saturday there was no upcharge. The installation went smoothly and he was extremely friendly and professional! He fixed the front door of our condo complex which wasn't working correctly out the door on his way free of charge!

I called Eli at 7pm on Thursday for an emergency lock change after terminating a worker. Though I am sure his day I screwed up, he was came by 8:30 and understanding - when he stated he would. This is.
Update Jan. 2018: Eli has become our go-to locksmith. He's easy to work with and does what he says he is going to do. Always a good experience.
This is actually the second time we've used Eli to our small business. He was professional and incredibly responsive. It's great to have sellers we could rely on.

Great service. Eli responded immediately and ordered a time the following day, into unlock/replace my mailbox lock. He was efficient, fast and friendly. Additionally, far less costly than a number of the competitors. In 1 instance, somebody wanted to charge nearly double his cost AND I had to wait for up to two weeks!!! So saved 50 percent of cash, and 85% of the time.

Eli was terrific! He arrived when I moved , gave me an quote from pictures, and clarified any Ganges/options along the way so I understood what he was doing and why. He was very detailed. When I want a locksmith, would absolutely call him!

Ed out of Mr. Locksmith has completed work for me more than once, and I am always thrilled with his service. He fixed my lock problems, and has always shown up exactly when he said he would.
