Auto Locksmith Reno

I've a fiat 500, which means it is a pain in the butt to do anything in Reno car maintenance associated! I lost my keys gosh knows where and freaked out! Auto locksmith Reno stated they can do it and they did! They got me going and left a key for the vehicle! I can not say enough how full I am for the service I got with this provider! Ben was the guy who helped me was super nice and kept going when he was given trouble by my fiat! I can not say enough how greatful I was for the treatment and service!

I would in a heartbeat if I could give a Zero or a Negative review.I had called them requesting a locksmith because I wasnt to standing round in the cold, looking forward and had locked myself out of my car in a parking lot. I had been provided a quote on the phone for how much everything would be so I advised them to go ahead and send me a locksmith. He'd passed me and ended up on the other side of the building from where I was and it took him almost 15-20 minutes to find me, upon coming to where I was the locksmith called me and told me he was missing. Arriving he told me it would have been a very simple job to get me it and had taken a peek could take a little longer. I had asked how much everything was going to cost and he proceeded to inform me a cost that was over what I had been told about the telephone which had surprised 36, 4X.
I chose to abide by what he asked and had gotten nervous because of his demeanor, after demanding I pay. That he asked for my signature in order to make the payment, scanned it and then snatched it out of my hand upon taking my card.
I had explained to him exactly what had happened and the way I was told the cost would have been 4X more than what I was originally told about the telephone which was my first difficulty to which I ended up answering questions about the sort of car I've etc. etc..

He then raised his voice again and proceeded to be extremely rude by interrupting me again and'd told me"You know what my man you are the boss move ahead and leave your review you A__hole. F___ you!" And hung me up.
I had calmly explained to him I didnt want to cause anymore issues I was going to simply let it go and I was going to be leaving an overview on yelp (here we are! Lucky you!) .
Not having the ability to pay that large of a bill I made a telephone call to simply bite the bullet and to receive my spare key and wait patiently in the cold that I told him I was just gonna wait until My secret showed up. He then told me I was going to pay him having to push all of the way over to where I was when his store was only 6 minutes away from where I was (his words).
Who knows. .
I don't know what planet you reside in where its ok to disrespect and disrupt the customer and demand that they"get to the point" on the telephone while you're trying to describe to them in detail exactly what had occurred.
He then took off and did I really waiting for my secret to arrive I had called the store to allow the customer support know what I had just experienced.
He then offered to replicate my key for me and give me duplicate copies to"ensure I would not lock my keys in my car again" to which I declined because I was just done with the issue completely.
I had tried to describe to him the encounter of how much time it took the driver to get to me and the difficulty in relation to him demanding that I pay for him to journey"all the way" around to where I was.
I have never been disgusted by the lack of customer service and the treatment these people offer you.
I finally got a call from him saying he would only offer me a refund for the money I had spent if I had AAA for my car to in.
The man on the phone kept interrupting me once I was only just trying to spell out quieting and raising his voice and was rude. He then told me he would call me back because he had more important things to deal with (a small rude but alright) I then was to the point at which I was just dropping it and allowing it to go at which I was just fed up and didnt want to deal with any more problems.

Ben is the best! He came out immediately to help us with the lost crucial at North Star Parking Lot at 8PM! And stayed over 1.5hr from the cold to help us save 180$ from needing! The best, went beyong and above! If u ever have any problems in Tahoe, call Ben! He's a savior!!

Came in Friday to get a gmc key programmed and cut. He had been busy with a man in front of me but I wasn't in a hurry, and so I hung around. He didn't stop till the job was finished After he got to me. Even though programming the time of crucial took time that he cut me a solid $90+ reduction because of me a while. Man and made sure that I had been happy before leaving. Took some cards and will call him before anybody.

Sean was great! Once we actually needed helped us out. We needed RV keys made on a Saturday after business hours and so we could leave that night he came in late to create us keys. The best! Thanks Sean!
