Omer came right over, and called me on Monday because I'd asked. He explained what was happening, told me that I needed a new pair (I guessed I was going to require this) and stated he'd search for one that was as similar as possible to my original. In a very short time, he texted me a picture, then caused it so that I could see exactly what I thought. I was delighted with this replacement, and OK with all the cost, and he went right to work and installed both pieces, cut keys to me, and keyed the new ones into a second doorway, all in short order. I didn't need to go shopping online or at hardware shops, did not need to compare prices, quantify, etc., etc.. I am a happy client.
I got an immediate answer, and described the difficulty online, took photos, even though it was on a weekend and I'd said I did not have a crisis.

Do to my working schedule I wasn't able to meet to do it, but they were willing when desired to get this 34, to arrive late at night. That he had, wouldn't function for me. I've never seen or heard any locksmith person to make things happen.
They were polite and easy to utilize although I'm not sure who I had been speaking to on the telephone. Since I had a key fob from a vehicle that was different, I wanted to plan it. I posted about it and had a dreadful experience and Omar, the proprietor, called me to determine what had occurred. He apologized for everything that happened and I wish to state that it was not his fault in any way. It was his employee that had been completely unprofessional. Everything was taken care of and Omar was amazing. He wanted to make certain that I was okay and we figured everything out.

They sent Homer to meet with with me in my house and he was individual to describe how it worked and exactly what he was doing. It took a couple of tries to get the cut exactly but he got it! I am happy to have a car key that isn't currently falling .
