AWFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL My grandma called this company change the handle/deadbolt on a few of her units and to come out front doors. She had been charged $185 for the deadbolt and $185 for its deal. This guy is lying with every word. My original post (which apparently disappeared when I responded to his reply) said that he came to my house to fix a stuck door lock and he did not fix it. He billed me a great deal of left and cash and did nothing except squirt some WD 40 in the lock. And when I called him back to tell him that the lock still not worked and returned from holiday, he wouldn't wouldn't come back to fix it. He had been nasty and mean and yelling at me. Just look at his reviews. A person can't stay in business. He does not have any business dealing with people.

What I enjoy from a business, I wanted to receive my locks changed, I called these guys up first to find a price quote and told me you will not receive a much better price from any other firm, so I called other places and they were the cheapest. They changed the locks very fast and came to my place. They're not hard to get along with also! Service that was excellent, fast, and fairly inexpensive was provided by them! I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

The reason I gave more than 1 star to them is that they did a pretty decent job, and did come fast. After quoting costs, On the other hand, the add. I desired a bolt . They charged $139.00 for the fresh hole. They said that included everything except the $89.00 bolt. After he was done, they also charged a $15.00 trip fee, and then an extra $35.00 lock setup fee. When I questioned the man he did take $35.00 off but $255.00 was a pretty steep price to install a dead bolt. If price doesn't matter you'll be content with the job. My only complaint was the pricing. I believe that I paid about $60-.

This provider is AWFUL. They were unprofessional and rude. They offered me a price on the phone, but I got was attitude and someone attempting to sell me their locks when they got to my home. Then they one lock. I paid $50 to 1 lock for them. Not worth a single dime I paid them. Save your self the headache and pay a bit extra for someone who can really help you!!! BEWARE.

These people are so professional! I recommend to everybody. They came so fast and they were so nice the prices are great and I got locked out of my car at work, and so I called them and the best part is that they opened my car so quickly. . You guys should call these people trust me!

I have to sincerely suggest these guys. My daughter had bought. The VW dealer needed close to $300. So I bought a key fob from and called these guys to reduce and program the secret. I found them to be highly skilled, friendly and professional. They rip off me and did not try and they displayed a degree of ethics! I ended up paying significantly less than 1/2 of what VW desired and it works perfectly!
