Good guy! After closing afternoon helped my husband . 5 stars!!!!!!

Great service, reasonable prices and efficient. Can not ask for more. May seem simple for a lock shop, only wanted to have a little time because some simple difficult was made by others in the region to discuss. Thank you

I was need a copy keys for my own house. This guys make my day and my copy for $ 2,19 and one minute! Amazing! Recommend!!!

Outstanding. In and out in 15 minutes - they programmed a non-OEM fob I purchased from Amazon. Saved me hundreds of dollars and it works! Keeping this particular contact in my phone to get future lock requirements!

He had been a gentleman and he chose his time to explain to me my several choices and price factors.
CK locks quoted me $300. And a minor cost for six keys.
I had another company come 8, today. The other firm quoted me $780 plus travel fee.
Finished in roughly one hour.
Workmanship was performed at my house today. I called CK lock, to change my locks, and Chris came out.
Arrive to my house at about 22 minutes.
Excellent!

I recently started a job that is essentially a grocery delivery services. I wanted to replace the keyless entry remote for my old 2008 Chevy Cobalt, since the job requires me to go in and out of my car frequently. (I accidentally broke the old one while trying to change the battery.) Since I live near Keyes Chevrolet, I called them to get a quote for a brand new one. They offered me a price of $85 for its distant and $170"labor" to plan it. Since my car is over ten years old and has over 100,000 miles on it, I was not really looking to spend over $250 for a new distant. Then I decided to try Community Chevrolet in Burbank that is where I bought the vehicle. They offered me a price of $65 for the distant and $85 to plan it. I made an appointment and led outside to Burbank since this looked like a deal. The Service Tech told me that the 65 quotation I received was actually for a key, not a distant when I got there. He said the cost for a remote that was brand new was actually $100, and the $85 to plan it. Since I asked for a quotation on a distant, not on a key this seemed somewhat shady. But because their cost was significantly less than what Keyes quoted me, I consented to the $35 increase. He explained that with all the locks they would diagnose the issue for another $165 and employ the $165 toward the cost of repairing locks. I wasn't seeking to invest that much money in a distant for a car that is most likely worth $. The tech tried to convince me at least purchase the distant. At this point, I asked to speak with the Service manager. I told him there was no reason for me to cover them about $200 only to be leaving their automobile without resolving. He assured me that they receive the functioning and would resolve the difficulties with the guards. Then he sent the tech back outside to my car to determine what caused the problem with the locks. Another 15 minutes goes by and the tech comes back and informs me that he was unable to diagnose the problem. Whether he would return the distant to the parts department, he was asked by the manager, and he reluctantly confessed he could. What a waste of time! A half an hour later, I had a remote without some cock and bull story about my automobile having faulty locks! And get this, I had been outside the door having paid less than $85 for both the distant, and the"labor" for programming ! Incidentally, the"labor" actually consisted of hammering a system into my vehicle, and touching one button on the screen. And therefore, (which took less than five minutes) Community wanted to charge me $85 and Keyes' cost was $170! And keep in mind, those prices did not include the cost of the distant itself! Apparently, both sexes must have believed I had the term"DUMBASS" tattooed on my forehead! Thank goodness for CK Lock! It is wonderful to know there are still some companies around who aren't currently seeking to bullshit the consumer into paying for services that are completely unnecessary. Obviously, I won't be spending a portion of my hard earned money at Keyes or Community. But in the future, if I want anything having to do with keys or locks to my home or automobile, I will head to an institution. I will head to CK Lock!

This business really earned the five celebrities. We had to get our auto door lock. The job took longer than expected due to us having an older fashion system and was to be custom. When he was done, it worked and we paid him. Then he realized something was right and proceeded to go get another cylinder. He came back and complete the job. It had been ideal when he was done & 1000% smooth. Despite all the labor that was added that was sudden his price remained the exact same price quoted.

Inice experience good job I love how company Great thank you keep doing a good job and they work thank you.

Really great and speedy service. Very good rates was accommodating and friendly. We will be back!

I am so happy I phoned ck lock I left my keys in my truck I phoned them they open my own truck at a excellent price truly satisfying and were here fast.

CK Lock is the best locksmith in All Los Angeles. I called so many locksmiths before I discovered CK Lock. These our locksmiths were being so shady telling me they could not give me an specific price and depending on the scenario the price could increase and the costs I was being given by these additional locksmiths were pricey that is absurd. Until, I called a friend who recommended CK Lock. CK Lock answered the phone right away and gave me price and the price was fair! Compared with of the places that I predicted CK Lock gave me the cheapest price. The staff is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. The service is superb. The prices are low. I would suggest this place. I will become a customer.

Came across this smith while in Van Nuys. I had two master lock keys made I had previously waisted. CK Lock to the rescue, since they made 2 keys which worked perfectly and also for s fraction of the cost. Five Stars Boys!!!!

I dropped my ignition key, and had an older key for my car that I knew didn't work since the computer had been substituted. But I'd heard that keys can be reprogrammed.
Patrick was great. He had to cycle through many US codes and didn't find. He then realized the auto store that replaced my computer may have set in a foreign exchange. Before he found a code that 12, he went the extra mile. Quite satisfied with the service.

Ridiculously support. I called to get a mailbox key. Over $80!!! FT. I'LL BREAK IN MY OWN BOX than cover for this BS I finally discovered for 45+15 support charge. Dump these people today!!!

Preying on peoples lack of understanding utilizing deception and scare tactics and clinging is the kind of service you might get from the company which presents itself as a"locksmith" and in the long run may cost you more cash for the hassle of being ripped off compared to the quality of the work justifies.
In the state of California all men working as locksmiths are should and required to be licensed. Doing tasks over $500 that they also have to have a contractors license, so the numbers of both are needed to be on almost any bill and any company card in addition to exhibited on the vehicle used by the"locksmith". Of that the guy had none.
I wanted a locksmith to do a rekey as my keys had been stolen and that I needed my home secured asap.
I hesitate to consult with the guy or the company he shipped out as locksmiths. Which doesnt make you a locksmith, just because you can work on a lock. What happened to me demonstrates as much.
When the technician got to my home at 2:30 am (once I had to call him back for him there) he tells me a cost of $130 per lock into rekey the 4 deadbolts I wanted rekeyed. This was after having been quoted $25 each by the man for the rekeying, classic bait and switch.
Using the appropriate way of rekeying you put deep cuts alongside shallow cuts employing a bizarre, even, odd or even, odd, even routine, like 58361 (that is exactly what the licensed locksmith did).
Being annoyed and tired I told him to just do the job so that I could go to bed. He proceeded to shoot my deadbolts off the doors and took them to his vehicle to rekey he said would"take awhile". He came back in about ten minutes telling me this was the fastest rekey he had done before telling me that the invoice. !!
So that the guy that came out didnt even know what he was doing and billed me over a licensed locksmith could have, or he knew that the way he did it wasn't exactly the ideal way and did it like this on purpose, neither of which speaks highly of the"locksmith" or the locksmith that sent him out.
Because of feeling uneasy about the job that was done, I'd the deadbolts rekeyed by a licensed locksmith who told me that the occupation should have cost no more than $250-300 even at that late afternoon, and as an additional bonus he told me that the crucial cutting he rekeyed my locks - 55452 was an extremely poor choice as it makes the lock more vulnerable to picking.
(The guy also registered down the hooks in one of those guards for some reason and re keyed them all the same When I especially requested he needed them differently)
The first thing there was something peculiar going on is when the person who answered the phone at this"24 hour " asked me to phone him back to his"line" when I predicted that number I had been told to text my address to this amount and that his technician would be back with me over the hour. This was at night.

Craftsmanship done by Chris in period that was speedy. Was in a rush and needed a locksmith. They and called CK shipped outside Chris in 15 minutes. He just left a few minutes ago. I needed to post because the service I received was exceptional the inspection ASAP. He took good care of this issue FAST and was professional and very nice. I will return to Chris @ CK Lock for all needs in the future.

I clarified he'd offer a 10% discount to me and that as the customer I felt I had been taken advantage of to which he responded that next time cite his name. HUH? Next time? If the price can't be guaranteed by him what's a discount? What a bunch of crap. Ya they let me but also ripped me off. Will never use them again. Buyer beware.
My parents were traveling and I was home sitting. After taking the dog for a walk I locked myself out. I live pretty close to them so I went home and discovered CK Enterprises around Yelp. I phoned Fidelity Lock and they quoted parts and $29 + labour. I opted to pass. I talked to Eddie and phoned CK and he quoted $60--$80 all contained. I said okay. Cris showed up over 20 minutes. My parents home is a huge estate in Encino. The lock is looked at by cris and says that he can let me. WTF???
This has happened before. My parents become quoted a cost but the cost goes up, if the service supplier sees the house and the home. I advised Cris that Eddie lent me $60--$80. He said he wouldn't do the work. It was getting late and so I consented I had to get the puppy inside. It took less than 10 minutes of work to him. He then wished to compose my own credit card number and bill me. I really don't think so, I told him I wished to pay money but only had $115 therefore he said he'd do me a favor and take it if I promised to write a review on YELP.
This day I called Eddie back to let him know what happened. He explained that they actually couldn't guarantee what they'd charge and utilize independent contractors. He explained a few mumbo jumbo about these guys had to have tools to do their job and have to hustle to their $, however, by that time I had heard enough.

Chris arrived within 30 minutes of my phone around 830, on a Friday night. Rekeyed whole residence. Worked efficiently, and at a fair price.
